Used and dirty, repackaged lip balms are sold at the register. Appalling to say the least. The lady who works in the wig section is sincere and sweet. I found her to be very helpful, before making the best hair decision of my life… sisterlocks. ☺️

I came into this beauty supply on a Sunday afternoon, no one spoke when I walked in and it was only 2 other customers in there. When I got to the front to check out the employee sitting behind was on her phone I stood there for like 10 seconds before she stood up and started to ring my items up. I said hello, and she said nothing and proceeded to ring my items up. I politely said never mind and walked out. I can’t with these foreign beauty supplies that wound not be in business if it wasn’t for the black community. She had no reason for not simply saying hello back, so I simply told her never mind and left the store. BLACK COMMUNITY DONT SUPORT THIS BUSINESS PLEASE.

They have a wide selection. Now I don't kno much abt hair products, but my braider gets everything she needs for my hair there. The store is always clean, neat, and stocked.

They usually have everything that I need however their prices are slightly higher than other beauty supply stores in the area and the staff aren't that friendly but are helpful. Overall it's OK if you're just running in to pick up something quickly, no long lines.

Love this location. Very big selection, nice staff. I've never had any issues and they always talk to my 3 year old daughter when we go there. My preferred beauty supply for my area.

The best customer service ever!!!..they are knowledgeable of their products..so very helpful..clean..organized..I recommend them..prices were reasonable also..

Shorted me $10 on my change. Then I left and realized she over charged me for two items. I had to go right back in to get the difference. I had no prob getting my money back but she didn't even apologize..she just looked at me. That's $12. I know she did it on purpose. Counting on me not noticing and bundling my money and putting it away. That's theft. It made me very angry. I try to support small businesses. But this place I will never go to again. Never!!! There is another beauty supply about a mile and a half down the road. Get me once shame on you cause you won't get me twice.
