I loved this shop. It is clean and a very comfortable atmosphere. All of the ladies were nice and pleasant. My hair looks beautiful. I always get compliments .

The lady who was doing my hair left twice to do I don’t know what . 2nd , it took about three hours just to do 6 stitch braids . My parts are not straight and some parts of my braids are puffy. I will not be returning this shop.

My first experience was great. Quick service beautiful result AND great pricing. The second time I took a friend because I was so happy with service. I called ahead of time to let them know I have 3 young girls coming for services, and I drive from over an hour away. I was told the stylists would wait for us. When we walked into the shop all the seats were filled and my friend with 4 children was told to sit down. We wait for 2 hours before any hair was started. Then when we spoke about price is was well over from the last visit. Keep in mind this was a similar style and on natural hair. I also notice a customer walking in with a very young girl and inquired about straight back braids for her 4 year old they told her 80.00. Which my friend and I were like WHOA THATS TOO MUCH FOR A CHILDS HAIR. But, they are very good at braiding.

I love this shop! They always do my hair perfectly! All sorts of cornrows and braid styles for men and women! Very good prices and great customer care ❤

Went there after the shop down the street were trying to get over and they got over too. I asked her for waist length individuals with big parts she charged me 200. I get done she puts it in a ponytail I didn’t realize it was not waist length until I got home. I called and she made it seem like I did not ask for that she charged me 200 for a length that’s 160. She said she would not fix it and offered an $10 discount. I will never go back there and ladies I would not recommend this place at all. We have to stop letting them come in our country and treat us like anything when we’re paying them. It’s ok she needed that money more then me merry Christmas will not happen again, If you want your worth go to queen bee braiding hair salon or the shops on Erie they never disappoint and do what you ask to get done to your hair.

I was referred to this salon by a friend because I wanted permanent dreadlock extensions. The shop was so nice. The people so talented and the owner HOOKED my hair UP. I love my locs. I will be referring everyone to Mumy.
