I am known personally here. The food is exceptional and I have never had a problem of any kind when dining here.

The service is quick, efficient, friendly and polite (I could go on all day!) And the atmosphere is straight from home.

They know me so well they started preparing my order as soon as I walked up to order! Top service!!!!!

I have been here many times for both food and drink and while the food at the time tasted fair I didn’t realise mugs coffee house had been given a one star hygiene rating (until I saw the article) I would have never eaten there let alone drink there if I had known the bad practices going on in the kitchen has the chef given up?

Always stop here Daily for a Coffee or Two and the Occasional Fry up or Bacon Roll with my Buddy, Great Staff and Friendly Atmosphere ????

Now waited over 3 hours for a delivery, I was hoping for lunch, now more likely supper. We all make mistakes but communication is abysmal through the Just Eat app, what use is Manchester phone no. for Kettering Cafe

Ordered food the order got cancelled, but they took the money anyway, not even an offer of anything. Then had the cheek to ask if I wanted to order again. The place is a joke
