Decided to try this cute little cafe closer to home than driving into the city to find a place with breakfast options closer to 11 AM. This is a cute place on Main Street in Plattsmouth and I wasn’t disappointed. Great portions, great prices and very attentive, friendly staff. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 is because the gravy was pretty stiff and a little on the salty side, but the biscuits were perfect! Everything overall was pretty good and had the feels of being at home eating grandmas cooking. We will definitely be back!

Great food, with an authentic German dishes. The staff was great, very attentive and helpful. The German Casserole was very good, with sausage, kraut and spaetzel noodles. The Philly Steak Supreme was a great option for anyone that likes a more typical option. The food came fast, we easily made another appointment in Plattsmouth, Nebraska.

I ordered the shepherd pie (bread bowl with hamburger, peas, carrots & gravy) with mashed potatoes on top. Loved it! There was do much I took half of it home. Hubby had chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes & peas & carrots. We ordered pumpkin pie & chocolate pie for dessert. The food was delicious! The price for each entree was around $10 each. Very reasonable. Wait staff very nice. We will go back! They have a fish fry on Fridays that sounds amazing!

Love love the country dolly Parton without the balloon bombs waitress. Always look forward to seeing her and talking and laughing. Great food most of the time but can't be perfect always but great small town diner.

Good small town food with a small town price. Staff are very friendly even when you sit for way too long. Food was delicious and the rhubarb pie was perfect.

Breakfast all day. Yum. I had biscuits and gravy with a couple of eggs on top. Wait staff is terrific. The food is also terrific.

Definitely worth the drive for a delicious breakfast or lunch. I had the pancakes and they were fluffy and tasty.
