Mimi is great both times she did exactly what I like and added some detailed art!! So hard to find a nail person with talent and a good personality! She's sweet! Added my fall set:)
I had a pedicure and full set service and it was awful. The tech didn't use the pumice on my feet. The polish was too thick and they refused to make it right. I will never go there again. It is not worth the prices that they charge and they aren't friendly. Granted I was the last customer of the day but times are too hard not to get what you pay for.
Got waited on fast without appt. Even tho appts are taken first. The nail and spa techs are wonderful and does a wonderful job. I will definitely go back because of their talented skill, generous customer service, Me and my Granddaughter will definitely be going again Modern nails are highly recommended ????♥️
I had an appointment. When I arrived they acted like I didn't 4 people working I was the only customer but had to wait. The nail stations are very dirty , unsanitary. Three of the workers kept arguing, including the one working on my nails, so he was not paying any attention or concern for what I was telling him.
Then he sent me to the girl that apparently only does pedicures. It was the worst massage pedicure I have had. When she was finished there were walk-ins so now I had to wait to get my nails finished. Finally a different person decided they could finish my nails. There was no wrist rest and again filthy station. My arm had someone else's tips laying next to it.
It's not like there isn't any time for them to clean or wipe things down because they have plenty of time to to sit on their cell phones. This is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to.
I had a nail (from a different shop) break around 10 am, got in the shop and sat down for a repair and fill at 12:30 pm, left out around 1:20 with this BEAUTIFUL set. She pays attention to detail, makes sure your happy, and was very professional. I’ll definitely be back!

This last time I went the acrylic nail fail off its already growing out. They usually last me two months. I called and told them and they said there policy is this and wouldn't let me speak. They wouldn't let us get a refund or get them redone. They were very rude. And the top of my nail is coming off. Since meme left its been horrible service.
It was my first time coming here and I was getting my nails done for my wedding! ???? They were extremely nice and did a fantastic job! You could tell how much pride the lady that did mine took in her work and thats something I look for in excellent customer service. I definately would recommend going here. Very pleased
