Best service! I drive 1.5 hours to get my son and hubby a haircut. Nate is awesome with my son and so is Cristian. Love the designs and service.
Horrible. They never greeted us when we walked in the 2 men working I’m assuming one the owner. We waited there was no line we had never been there before. Son wanted his hair cut. Simple as that we will never go there again. We had never felt so disrespected at a place of business at Apache Mall. And then as we waited with no word from no one the owner decided to greet a man and then proceeded to play his speaker music and he was still ignoring us! We left and I said thanks for treating is like ghost! What A** holes for sure
Great place to go if you want to wait 3 hours and keep getting skipped because they want to cut all their friends first. And then give you attitude when you say you keep getting skipped on the waiting list. Super unprofessional and I will not be coming here again. Go to fade clinic or luckieland.
Convenient location, great service! This place gets busy and honestly the ONLY place I know that has walk in service! Realistically places are booked weeks/months out, so expect a wait. Get to know your barber, then you can set up appointments and skip the wait.
I asked for something like the photo here and got the complete opposite. All he had to do was at least have my hair look something like that, but I received the worst haircut I’ve had in Rochester. My hair didn’t look good from the back as he had cut too much and the sides were all cut too short. I do have to say I am a fault for not showing him the photo for longer but I’m pretty sure that if he needed to double check how I w aged my hair to look, he would’ve been able to do a much better job. I am not only mad but also disappointed.
Cool place. Mostly do latino and black haircuts. Great work. Would be nice if they had someone working the counter receiving people.
3+ hours waiting to cut a 3 year old is unacceptable. Getting there soon as they open. They don't give you a way to make appointments and then when new people walk in you tell them 1 hr? How if I've been here since you opened 3+ hours ago. Then you call my child's name and have someone else sit in the chair and don't say "oh I'll get to him after this person" no communication. We walk over because YOU called his name and you look at me crazy. Certain types of people were being called over others, go figure in that place. 100% unprofessional. If you have security cameras you should look at them. It doesn't take 1+ hr to cut hair. I can get a perm, blow out, trim, 15 styles in my hair in an hour.
All the bad reviews here are all valid every single one of them. Had the worst experience and very unprofessional. Avoid this place.
