This is a long review, but please read it all. I booked an appointment at this salon for myself and one other person. I explained on the phone that I wanted a gel manicure with pretty simple nail art, and the other person needed a full set of acrylics. The man on the phone said it would be no problem, and he gave us a time slot. We ended up waiting well over 45 minutes after our appointment time (we arrived about 10 minutes early as well) before even being spoken to by anyone. There was a man working who was rather unfriendly to us when we were finally taken to the back of the salon. They told my friend they "didn't have time" to do the full set of acrylics we were booked for, so she had to do something else. I was also told they didn't have time for gel, so I had to do regular polish. Luckily my friend's nails ended up nice, but my nail design looked rushed and sloppy when done (lines were very uneven and see-through). I've attached both what my nails looked like & what I showed the nail tech. We were so rushed out of the salon that my nails didn't have time to fully dry, and I accidentally bumped one while getting into my car. I ended up paying $35 (plus a tip) for regular nail polish with a sloppy design, which is not what I went in for. I won't be returning.
this was my mother and my first time trying misty nails. the staff was very welcoming and took their time on our nails instead of rushing through them like other nail places do. definitely coming back
Tonya is my favorite, but all employees are very courteous, have excellent skills and know how to please customers. I will always go here. I love them.

The way appointments are scheduled you will wait anywhere from 30-60 minutes later than your appointment to be taken care of, and because of that unfortunately no matter how wonderful the tech, they are having to rush to complete your service as quickly as possible because they are so behind. I believe they are always so behind because the appointments are over booked.
Again I really enjoyed the people, and hate trying new places, getting established and then needing to find another salon, but my time is important too, and this was a consistent issue.
I really enjoyed misty nails. They did excellent work and Brittany and Cecelia were awesome and so welcoming.Will be coming back for sure!
The nail tech Emily is really good I don't like getting basic gel manicures so we do different styles and colors everytime! I get so many compliments on my nails.

We came in for the first time traveling through. We both got a deluxe pedicure and it was fantastic! The nail techs here are so nice and do a very thorough job. I hope we get to come back through here again one day!
