She is a terrible owner bad customer service ask you to pay for services before they even finish your hair how professional??? also ask to show them a picture and still do what they want to your hair. If you can go Somewhere Else!!!A Hot Mess inside Anyway
I went there two weeks ago and my hair has fallen out from knotless braids! Also, there was roaches crawling from the ceiling and in and out of the mannequin eyes.
Love this place so much, they treat you like family & they braid SO fast & neat .. and amazing results. Have been going year for almost a year now!! GO TO MIMI HAIR BRAIDING!!????,, they do all hairstyles , very nice.
See i would have gave her more stars but the last experience, was not a good one. I was going here for almost a year, great braiding, conversation, and just all good vibes. I sent my daughter there to get just 2 cornrows, which she always gets, but I didn't go with her. She took this opportunity to keep the change from the payment given for the style, and told my child it was extra to comb her hair which is a lie, because I attended the shop numerous times, and no such charge exist. I called and she said to comb hair, then made up 2 more excuses, then told my daughter to walk back and get the change that was suppose to be given to her from the payment initially. This really hurt me to see that a person would get over on a child even as a loyal customer. Even with great braiding, I will never go back there or recommend anyone either.
It's a family affair there. They're very knowledgeable and informative. Prices are very competitive - buy your own hair. It's a small shop with no frills but your hair will be done right.
I was a walk in without n appt, I explained to Mimi exactly what I wanted and she did exactly that.. It was quick and she has a lovely disposition.. I will definitely be back!!
They did not do my daughters hair as I requested.
They were very unprofessional and had children doing my daughters hair. When I asked for a refund they became very angry and started verbally attacking me.
