Great place to get fresh produce and plants. At good prices.
For the most part, great, fresh produce. Really friendly and helpful. Mike's CAN be pricey depending on the veggie or fruit and time of year, but overall, great values for fresh farm veggies and fruits. We buy there one a week, and without fail. HATE IT WHEN THEY CLOSE IN THE FALL! ????
Fresh produce, nice selection of jams, honey, pickeled items, etc. Prices has went up, as with everywhere else. The plant selections aren't as many as before. A huge con for me is, the amount of stagnated water that you have to walk through to get to the plants.
The section where the Elephant Ears are really need some sort of drainage or a graveled walk way. They have some crates down to walk on, but they are also soaked. Wear some rainboots or water proof shoes, because your shoes are going to be soaked and smelly. Their Alocasia Elephants Ears have alot of weeds growing inside the pot too. Be careful, because you could transfer weeds to your garden.
The selection of produce is varied and is always fresh. We even buy some items like corn and lima beans in bulk to put in our freezer. When flowers are available in the early spring they have stuff no one else has. I usually wait to buy my produce at Mike's instead of the grocery store because of freshness and price.

Nice produce and plants but hardly anything has the price marked on it and are a bit overpriced. Not super friendly either. Sorry, if you can't be bothered to price your materials, I can't be bothered to by them.
