I was so impressed with the stylist ,Nora. It's the first time in my life I ever gave anybody a 30% tip. She is a very personable lovely person. I never met such a nice stylist before. She gave me good advice about how to take care of my hair. Also the benefit is that this is a not very expensive hair salon. And the wait time is very minimal.

I came in and ending up getting a color and highlights. The lady who did my hair didn't speak much English I understood that supposedly she's been doing hair for 25 years "I don't think!" First she colored my hair, did a semi-wash which should've been a wash of my hair She then continued on to do my highlights. It seemed ok at first but then as she moved onto my sides I noticed she wasn't using the colostrum, I think it's called, between each layer of highlight. I felt a bit uneasy. So then I had to wait as chemicals did its work. I asked her to wash twice but she didn't later it up as I asked and gave me bit of an attitude about. she started blow drying my hair and I about freaked out. The color ran. She tried to fix it twice and she couldn't The owner stepped in and finished up my hair and did the best she could to render problem. The owner was very nice and professional. If u every go to this place for any kind of color, go to the owner ONLY!!! I won't go back because that older Hispanic lady wasted my time and screwed up my hair!!
Holly is the best! She has been doing my hair for years and always does the best job! Ask for Holly. I highly recommend this place and her.
