I came in for a fill in yesterday. My experience was going well until the woman that was doing my nails took out the drill and started filing the acrylic close to my cuticles. She butchered them. The skin around my nails is shredded. I had came in with healthy cuticles and left with them looking like the picture below. Not to mention that the polish job was really rushed. I left with nail polish all over my fingers. That they didnt bother to clean up. Not to mention that my polish started peeling and hour after i had left. I also noticed that the way they spoke to possible customers asking about the wait time was a bit rude. They were obviously busy and had taken on more than they could handle. They accepted more customers than staff they had. Customers were asking how much longer the wait was and they were giving them the answer the guests wanted to hear but wasn’t truthful. And because they wanted to get more customers in and out they didn’t take their time on my sister and i nails. They care more about getting their buck than doing their finest work.
Every time I go here and get SNS but Hannah is the one that always do my nails. Today I let another nail tech do my nails and this is the result. Also on both hand my nail started to bleed due to the tech not utilizing it properly. Seems as if Hannah is the only good nail tech in there that does SNS good. That was the only service I ever got while coming here. Do not go here if you like SNS but if you do I would suggest Hannah.
This shop was formally The Happy Nail shop. The moved to a larger location not far away at all. They've decorated it really pretty, with more pedicure chairs and more seats for manicures. The supplies are stored in large cabinets in the middle with a beautiful chandelier. More workers, more seats and no wait, win-win.

Please don’t give these ppl your money. I tried them for the 1st time on Sunday, April 2nd 2023. I walked in and was greeted by staffer. She was pleasant. After being seated with my 16 yr old daughter, the lady Linh who was going to do my nails told me the gel polish on my toes was 28 dollars by its self. No pedi, just polish. She immediately became agitated that I would not budge on changing my service to a pedi and polish. The guy that did my over lay was awesome. (His name was T) My daughter was getting gel polish on her toes and regular polish on a fresh acrylic set on her hands. The lady that did her toes was pleasant and didn't say much)When the guy (JonH) who was doing her nails could not convince me to spend 100 dollars on her nails he started treating my daughter aggressively. (I did not learn about this till all our services were done)He had an attitude with my daughter because he could not get her to pay for a manicure on top of the full set and other services she had rendered. This was very disappointing to say the least. After spending a total of 166 dollars in services between the both of us and a 20 dollar tip included I won’t try them ever again. Go where your money and time is appreciated. They aren’t customer service people. (Not all) The bad over shadows the good.
We definitely won’t be back. Went there for a simple full set with a French black tip for my child’s homecoming. Had to switch nail techs because the lady cut the hell out of my child’s hand and the nails were fat and not the shape she requested. The second lady was very aggressive and was dismissive to the cuts they put on my child’s hands. When I ask to speak to the manager everyone was walking away from us. The only reason a star was to leave a review.
Great experience. I’m a stickler when it comes to my nails but Kayla got the job done. I let her freestyle my set. My French is flawless. Just go!
Please save your time and money and don’t go to this nail salon. After soaking in water for 30 minutes the tech got a attitude when I asked for warm water and continued with attitude for most of the service. I guess she thought about the tip and tried to be nice before finishing.. I will Never go back or recommend anyone to this salon.
Love them it’s the first time here and I didn’t feel Pressured to buy or upgrade my nails they didn’t cut me everything was clean they went above and beyond definitely coming back and recommended.
