Very disappointed in this salon. I have tried multiple times to give this place a shot and they are rude every time. I had an appointment but had to wait over 25 minutes to even be seated. The girl was rudely pulling my hands closer to her and completely rushing the whole time. I asked for almond shape and I received very misshapen nails. I also had French tips done and the lines were very lopsided and not even straight as well. I was there after close so I couldn’t mention anything. I called the next morning and asked for a manager or someone in charge. The girl who did my nails happened to answer the phone and she was rude then as well, would not give me to someone who was in charge. I asked if they could be Redone and she said there was nothing she could do for me because I paid and left that night. Extremely disappointed in the customer service of this place. WILL NOT BE BACK AGAIN.
They always do an amazing job. The last two times I've had the same gentleman and he is so nice and outgoing. Does an amazing job everytime. Me and my daughter did a mother daughter day and they made sure she had a great time and felt pampered ♡ The white nails are the first time and the beige and sparkle pink and my daughters blue with a heart are the second time.
I have been going to Lyly Nails exclusively for about two years and I'm usually a walk-in because my free time is not consistent. They always get me in and out in a timely fashion. They are extremely patient with me and my indecisiveness with colors. Every staff member has been pleasant and I've never had any issue. Professional, timely, friendly, and excellence driven.
I got a pedicure. It was the fastest pedicure I’ve ever had. Done in 25 minutes. I also got gel polish. For the money there wasn’t much to it and felt kinda rushed. Gel was an extra $20 which is kind of crazy. I’ve been other places that charge way less and a lot more enjoyable.
The so called ‘man’ that owns this place is a tyrant. He speaks to his customers with complete disrespect- never on time for scheduled appointments and yet if you’re a minute late he will yell at you. Today he turned me away after I called, drove through rain from across town to be told I wasn’t fast enough. He lies. He treats his nail techs like slaves. Overbooks. And randomly changes his prices constantly. I’ve left a more detailed review on YELP- I’m exhausted but after 2yrs of being a loyal client here ONLY BECAUSE his tech, NU is superb. However even after years of seeing her she has become bitter, basically silent during visits and seems stressed and unhappy here.
Dont waste your time and if you’ve any self respect you’ll soon find out why this review along with MANY others disclaimers all newbies to BE AWARE——-
They always do an amazing job, and I've been going to this nail salon for over 1,5 years and have never been disappointed. The multiple nail techs I've gotten things done with have always done such a fine job. Friendly and great service too!
I recently visited this nail salon and was extremely disappointed with both the quality of the service and the customer service I received. The nail technician left a lot of bubbles on my nails, which made them look unprofessional and unsightly. When I asked her to fix the problem, she was extremely rude and dismissive of my concerns. She told me that they would not fix the issue unless I paid for the service again. I couldn't believe that they were unwilling to fix their mistake without additional payment, especially considering how poorly the original service had been performed.
Overall, my experience with this nail salon was terrible, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The nail technicians were unprofessional and unfriendly, and the customer service was terrible. It was shocking to me that the staff seemed to have no interest in making their customers happy or providing high-quality service. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and go somewhere else where you can receive professional and courteous service without any hidden fees or additional charges.
I love this nail salon. The staff is so kind, friendly and helpful. I always end up with beautiful nails that last several weeks. The location is clean, comfortable and inviting. I'd definitely recommend giving LyLy's a try if you're looking to treat yourself.
