I’ve been here 3 times and EVERY SINGLE time, they have charged me for the upgraded pedicure, despite me making it abundantly clear at the beginning that I only wanted the basic. one of the times the tech told me she would paint a design on my toe for free. she lied. I was charged for it. I just don't feel like they're honest and that they are always scheming to over charge me. It's also really dirty and dingy in there. the last time I went I was sitting in a chair in the back and could see where they "clean" their tools and hands. Not once did I see an employee use soap or disinfectant, just a quick rinse with water. The towels that they use to wipe dead skin and gunk on is shaken on the floor and judging by the floor, doesn't get mopped up frequently. In just praying I don't lose a foot after my last and final pedicure there.
I had an appointment but had to wait 30 minutes before getting a chair for my spa pedicure. The water barely covered my feet and after it went cold I took my feet out. Once my feet air dried, about 30 minutes later, I finally left. Why make an appointment if I have to sit around for over an hour before someone was free to work on me? NEVER AGAIN!
Worst customer service ever. Arrived at my alloted appointment time and no one greeted me. A man walked past me and looked at me and ignored me. I later found out he's a nail technician. All of the nail technicians just stared at me and looked away and ignored me. I stood there for five minutes of awkward silence and even said hello out loud only to be ignored. I ended up just walking out. Never again.
I am so pleased with my nails. I went in after being disappointed with my regular nail salon for some time now. The staff was great and funny. Thank you for making me feel great again. The price was amazing and the quality is even better.
I was there for a simple manicure and fell polish. I asked for a pink cat eye. And the lady picked for me, she said “yellow better for you, it look brighter and nicer” I knew there was no changing her mind on changing to the correct color i had asked for. So I agreed. As soon as I got home my gel polish peeled off. I called to make an appointment and they will do it if I pay again. I will never go back to this place. If I can give a 0 I would.
I paid $62 including tip for a full set and they didn't even last through the weekend without breaking.. literally ONE DAY. Went back Monday morning before work and they were almost 20 minutes late opening the shop.. which made me late too...Had the nail fixed and broke two more before the week was up. Sad and disappointing. I've been getting my nails done for over 16 years at this point and have NEVER experienced this issue. Poor quality work/products will NEVER return. And I will tell everyone I know about my experience.
They do a great job. Helen did An amazing job. She took her time taking of my dip nails and was gentle.
Great nails each time. Nice atmosphere. Staff is overall friendly, quick, efficient.
