I visited this salon today for the first time. Marta did my balayage and it looks great! She is really kind and nice person. The owner, Luis, did the cutting. Friendly and cool guy. I laughed so much! All in all - I am satisfied and I will come back again! Highly recomend! By the way the price was affordable.

The lady who did my hair was so neat and gentle. For only 20 bucks, I was expecting a quick cut and trim but she washed my hair cut it styled it and everything. It felt so nicceeee. I felt bad that I couldn't speak Spanish because my stylist was so sweet! But I will definitely go here again to get my hair cut. Very cheap and very well done. Make sure to tip because even then it won't be half the cost of a normal salon! XD
Because if 0 stars was an option, I would do it. I had walked into this salon hoping to bleach my hair, my roots were natural and my ends had previously been dyed black but almost a year ago. I had spoken to Luis and he explained the process. He let me know that because of the black in my hair that I would be unable to go as light as I would want to but they would do a test strip to see how light they could get it. After the test strip, I had pulled a medium brown. I agreed to bleach my hair because a lighter color than my original hair color was promised. Two women assisted with bleaching my hair. They would lather on the bleach, ask me to go sit in another chair while they assist someone else and whenever they became available, they would come and check on my hair. They did the ends, then the middle part of my hair and then worked their way to my roots. After the final wash, they were able to get a much lighter, a bit orange, color. I explained to Luis that I was scared it might come out orange but he said all i needed to do was tone it. I paid, left and went home. As soon as I arrived home my sister noticed the disaster they had left my hair. I had patches and lines all over the back of my hair. I called back and Luis told me to come back in so they could "fix" it. I went back and as soon as they were done their way of fixing it was leaving me back at my original dark brown hair color. They explained that because of the black this was as "light" as I could have gone. I let them know that if they had done the job correctly the first time then I would be at a lighter color. Luis has refused to refund me my money. I did not pay 225$ to come out looking the same exact way. Do not offer a salon style service if you can not provide it. I will never walk back into this salon and I will never recommend this place to anyone. For the price that I paid you can go to a much nicer salon with the results you expect with higher quality service.
I've been coming to Luis for over 15 years now. He's cut my hair, dyed my hair, style my hair for special occasions and has done my makeup, as well as my now 15 year old daughter since she was a toddler. Not once have we been disappointed.
He's a very experienced professional and is always super friendly.
I definitely recommend going to him.
