I am out of town and enjoyed the experience for the most part. The woman who did my nails took such good care of them. Everyone is so professional, funny, and easy to talk to! Beautifully done full acrylic set. The only reason why 4 out of 5 stars is because they rarely answer the phones. I had called 3 times with no answer so we just did a walk in.

Always do an amazing job and can usually take walk ins if you don't mind a little of a wait. Fair pricing compared to other salons in the area. Like coming here and talking with the staff :)
My mother in law drove pass this place and asked if I wanted to try them out.. moving from Baltimore we have been to a few different nail shops in the area. But this one tops it off. Everyone there was super friendly and easy to talk to. I believe her name was Laura (pregnancy brain forgive me if I'm wrong) she took her time to do my nails and there wasn't one Sharpe edge which Is one of my biggest pet peeves when she was done... the hand massage was the best I have ever had! My sister and mother in law both was with me and the 2 other ladies they had my family said the same thing as we walked out of the shop. This place is definitely 5 star and trust me I'm picky and complain about EVERYTHING! But there is not one thing I did not like about this place... I found my new nail shop home!
this place is extremely RACIST!! I will never go back to them and it’s upsetting because they have the best prices for eyebrows and i’ve been going to them for a while. It’s a shame we are in 2022 and people still behave like that.
By far the best salon I’ve been to in Winchester ( tried out almost all looking for a new home salon ) & from their pricing to how they actually do them exactly how I want to how clean & friendly they are I definitely recommend. So glad I found them ❤️????
Absolutely amazing job! Friendly and comfortable environment. Took the time to make sure my nails were perfect even though there were other customers waiting. Everyone gets treated as if they are the most important customer. Will recommend to all of my friends and family! And will definitely be back on a regular basis.
We had an appointment for 3 fills and a manicure. We walked in no one greeted us, we waited for 15 and finally had to ask the guy about our appointments. He never said anything and walked away, so we left because no one told us anything and that's the reason we made the appointment. We went with a handicapped child in a wheelchair to literally sit there for basically nothing. Waste of time and rude employees.
