I'm so glad I found this place! I've gotten gel manicures here for a few years now. The staff are all super nice and professional. It's also conveniently located right next to Fred Meyer. The service prices are so affordable and they always make an effort to chat with me when I'm in the chair, which I enjoy. All my gel manicures last at least two weeks without chipping. I haven't gotten acrylics but there's almost always someone getting them while I'm in there. They take walk-ins but I typically make an appointment unless I'm just there for a gel removal (also extremely affordable).
Any negative reviews are likely from people who are annoyed that the lady who mostly gives pedicures doesn't speak very fluent English. I haven't had a single issue with her work. I show her pictures of what I want and respect her limits. Just ask for the owner or her family member (the younger gal) if you definitely want more intricate nail art.
So glad I found this place. Came in to get my holiday set with no appointment, was taken back right away, and the nail tech was very nice and did a fabulous job on my nails. I think her name started with a B. She made sure I liked the design on every step of the process, and was super gentle. Her technique left no extra acrylic under my nails, and they look so clean. Had so many compliments and it’s only been 2 days.
Lovely staff and such a friendly atmosphere! Everyone, staff and clients, seem so happy and sociable. Most nail salons seem sort of awkward and quiet but this one is fun!
Also, I am pregnant and one of the ladies saw me picking up my socks and shoes after my pedicure and wouldn’t let me put them on without her help—so sweet! They went the extra mile, will be returning!
Please just save your time and money and don’t visit this place. My mother and I got pedicure and manicure here a few days before the new years. Though the workers were nice enough it was the worst nail experience I’ve ever gotten. My mother’s nail started bleeding the next day and my nails are growing the wrong way because of how the nail technician cut my nails. It’s truly been devastating to have chosen this place as a way of trying to do self care. I cannot even do simple stuff with my hands bc the nails are growing into my skin and there’s so much pain. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra mile to a different place. They ruined our way of treating ourselves for the new year and it has been nothing but regret with this salon.

Worst nail customer service experience of my life here!
The woman who did my pedicure was rude from start to finish. She made almost no effort to communicate but actually criticized me throughout my entire service for not understanding exactly what she wanted. At one point, she looked at my general foot/ankle area and said “Second time” (no pointing or gesturing) then got mad at me for not realizing she meant she wanted me to take both feet out of the water. She then chastised me, saying it must have been a long time since I had a pedicure, since I “forgot” what I should be doing. I was genuinely shocked by her rudeness the entire time. I get pedicures regularly (although that was my first *and last* time there) and have never been treated anything like that. Wanted to try this place because of the reviews but won’t be back for a “second time”, that’s for sure!
Was not happy with the results of my manicure. The gel is all bubbled on my pointer finger and the lines are not even and it just looks bad. And on top of that they would not accept my gift card because it had the wrong phone number on it.
