I went in for a manicure and left with a mess. Hangnails caused by rough trimming, rough and uneven edges, and absolutely terrible polish application. Staff is rude and literally yelled at me when I said that I was not satisfied with my manicure and asked for a gift certificate so I could have them re-done.
When I say I was in and out from getting a pedicure in 15 minutes, that's not exaggerating. She only did my cuticles on one foot, only files one foot, and got upset because I had to tell her to use base coat before applying the polish which was extremely sloppy. I asked her why she didn't trim my other foots cuticles and she said there's not enough.. needless to say, I went home and did it. It was by far the worst experience I've had. The place smells like dirty B.O. My biggest issue is that the metal tolls she wanted to use we're on a metal tray with used cotton balls and they looked dirty as anything. I asked her if she had clean ones and she got upset. Horrible horrible horrible
My girlfriend got her nails done on Wednesday and we came in today to fix one that broke. The lady ripped off the broke nail instead of letting it soak because she seemed to be in a hurry. Then proceeded to go to another customer for around 10-15 minutes which could have been plenty of time for it to soak. She was supper aggressive. They are so unprofessional here and don’t care about the customer’s safety or concerns. When she told her it hurt the lady said well do you want to do it yourself and then proceeded to be even more aggressive with her!
I ordered the biscuits chicken meal and asked if I could get the chicken spicy. I was told yes. Then got a lemon aide light ice. There was a wait for the spicy chicken. No problem. I was asked what sauce I wanted. Got my drink, my meal bag came with sandwich only. Someone brought my sauces. I ask about my hash brown. I was told I didn't order them. I said I got a meal. I gave them back my receipt and no meal was there. Gave my receipt back with my credit card to correct their mistake. To confirm I ordered a meal. I was never asked what size drink I wanted. I was charged and paid for each item separately. That's outrageous! I see why there was no line at this location.
My fiancé came here to get her nails done just to find out her real nails were damaged because they drilled them too hard, which another nail salon told her it will take months for them to recover. Notice how her nails has ridges, and she says they are painful. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT LOW QUALITY SERVICE!
This is the only nail place I'll go to. Ask for AJ! She does a great job every single time!
Update: I went in yesterday to get tips put on, and I'm so disappointed; experience was awful, nails look awful. I don't understand why it's so difficult to make sure the entire nail is painted. The owners are the only ones that can do nails properly. Everyone else needs to be retrained on painting. If I'm paying $40 for nails, they need to be pretty close to perfect. This is the first time I've been here in several months and I was reminded why I avoid going here in the first place. Go see AJ at Central Nails off of Savannah Highway!
they were very bossy and did very poorly on my nails. they were bumpy and not filled in all the way and expected me to pay $40 dollars for them. will not be going back. i would recommend going to ooh la la to where it’s only 10 more dollars but you get your moneys worth.
They wanted me to pay $40 for this set. I told them I was not paying for something I wasn’t satisfied with. I had them remove the nails & after the man finished he “shooed” me out of the store. They’re extremely rude & do a very poor job.
