I had a really good experience with this nail salon yesterday. After previously going to another salon, Angel Nails and Bar, I was very unhappy with the other salon’s results. I was very anxious and concerned because I had been cut by the previous technician at the other salon. They completely overcharged me and the work was terrible, not to mention the nail tech dismissed everything I had asked for, even though I had a picture and communicated with him. It as though he wasn’t going to listen to from the start and just do what he wanted and not what I wanted. It is though they gave me the worst nail tech possible. nothing worse than a nail tech with a god complex.
To say the least, my trust was not the highest when I entered Lovely Nails And Spa. Immediately Gavin made me feel comfortable and was gentle and took his time. No cuts. Good communication. He listened to what I wanted. He is experienced and professional. It was a very good vibe going in and they were all so nice and very professional. I do hope this continues when I go back in two weeks to get my nails filled. I hope this is a salon that I will be able to return to each time without any issues or negative experiences.
The people at Lovely Nails are so sweet! The service and attention to detail is great! I try and go with Tan because he gets the shape of my nails perfect each time! He always takes his time. Everyone else is so talented. They are renovating and making the spa better than ever with even more color options! Definitely recommend :) 5/5
I love this place! The owner has another salon in Beaverton that I used to always go to, and refused to go to any other nail salon. She told me that she had opened another salon called lovely nails, here in Tanasbourne, and I live near here so I checked out the reviews and decided to come give it a try. I’m so glad I did because it’s a lot more convenient for me, and the nail techs are just as amazing and more. Gavin did my acrylics and design! Tracy did my pedicure. Both Gavin and Tracy were very attentive, very sweet, and very easy to talk to/communicate with. And they did an EXCELLENT JOB, I’m really happy! ????

Just moved to Portland a few months ago and after trying a few places this is hands down the best place to get my nails done! Gavin is very talented and pays attention to detail. I highly recommend lovely nails and spa. Also they just remodeled and it’s so pretty inside!
Yesterday was my second time going to this salon. They remodeled since the last time I was there and the place looks great. Nice, bright, clean and aesthetically pleasing. I saw Gavin this time and he did a great job! Great attention to detail. He took his time to get the best shape. I would definitely recommend this salon and Gavin specifically to others. Only request is that they be more transparent about their prices. Ideally, they would post their rates on the wall or somewhere easy to find.
First time here. Gavin, did my nails and he did an excellent job. He was quick but not rushing. I got deluxe pedicure with gel polish and Full set. I love how my nails turned out! I have been to so many other places but this is a keeper. Definitely coming back.
Gavin never disappoints! My nails turned out exactly how I wanted them! Prices are very reasonable and everyone is so friendly! This is my go-to nail salon! Plus, I’ve been to other nail salons where my acrylics only lasted a week. When Gavin does my acrylics, they last even to 3 weeks!
Gavin did my dip nails. Very nice gentleman, and made sure that I left happy with my nails. Let me know that it’s ok to let him know if something wasn’t the way I wanted it, it was ok to voice it and was super pleasant to work with. Very customer enthusiastic, and also willing to make sure the customer is happy with the finished product. Loved the dipped nails! Very smooth and not bumpy like my other times I’ve had dip nails at other locations
