I went in for a gel manicure today, and my nails were done so sloppy. I am upset i had to pay $75.00 for them. the lady was rushing through my nails, made the dots to big and the lines are uneven(See photos). There is no accountability when you bring the mistakes made to their attention, it seems it does not matter how long you have been patronizing their establishment they simply do not care. I guess they do not realize that I have the choice to take my business elsewhere. I will NOT be patronizing this establishment EVER again.

I did a walk in on a Sunday morning for just a gel pedicure and sat down and started to read the reviews I got really worried but I don't know why I had a good experience. I had the gentleman and he was quick and efficient no issues place was clean. $50 perfect job

I got my nails done here about 3 days ago because a friend of mine had suggested it. Upon arrival she charged me $20 extra than what my friend had paid due to the shape I was asking for (Stilleto). I was also charged because of the designs which is absolutely fine. However, I showed a picture and I explained that I wanted a lighter base so that it would be more of a silver tone and not so dark like my friend’s. Instead she did the exact same color. As I saw her applying a darker base and commented, she assured me it would look exactly as I had shown her and described. Me, not being a professional in her field of work, I trusted her. For the amount I paid I was also not happy with the designs of the rhinestones. It looks nothing like I had shown her. She was still tipped for her time and labor but 3 stars for not doing the service we agreed upon.

The employees are super nice they took good care of me ! But the prices are really high ! I just got a basic pedi with gel and I know that should’ve been like $50 and i got two big toes with acrylic so that’s $5 more so they should of charge me either $55 or $60 but they charge me $70 so that should be like $10 or $15 more I don’t know why they charge me that much I didn’t question why, I just paid and went on my way cause i needed to do some shopping after. I work at a Nail tech store but I don’t get my pedi done at the store I work at because I find it odd to have my Co-workers do my feet and because i live near by the mall i decided to go get my nails done by this store I find the place was very dirty I see so many dust Everywhere especially on the chair it was kinda broken from where I was sitting in I guess I'm just not use to being in a store that's too dusty cause where I work it's very clean to top to bottom and when I ask for water the women told me we ran out of water bottles and I said that's fine and she ask if I would like to have water from the machine I said yes and when she gave me cup the water was kinda hot the store don't need fancy stuff but it would be nice to come to a clean store overall I tip the women she did an amazing job with my toes.

I got a gel mani & pedi yesterday, on my own nails, not acrylic, they charged me $85! The lady also hurt my left first toe when doing my cuticles. The gel coating is not good, it’s lumpy looking and should have had three coats because there’s spots that you can see through. I haven’t had issues with this place in the past. Since I was last there, they’ve jacked up their prices. I would call before you go. They don’t seem to have a visible set price anywhere, seems like they just charge whatever they feel like. I’ve been going here for years but after the bad job this tech did, the injury, and the huge price hike on a basic gel mani & pedi, I won’t be going back.

They guy didn’t know how to do French with powder so he did half powder half gel to do the French tip. I was charged extra for gel even though it was one manicure. He didn’t massage my hand or put lotion and he cut me. This is the second time I come here. The last time the ladies told me that I have to keep the disposable manicure pack and bring it with me next time or else they would charge me for another one next time. This place sucks. Go to eterna day spa at the other end of the mall. They are better.

I had never felt so uncomfortable everyone was just rude for no reason except for the guy who did my nails ????

I did A gel fill in and she didn’t push back me cuticle when she applied the acrylic she got it all around my cuticles when I asked For 2 lines as a design she added 2 line paper on my finger and didn’t properly apply them I paid 77 dollars for this
