I wish I would have read these reviews before I brought my daughter here. The work they did was sub-par at BEST. She got a gel fill with 1 nail repair and it was $55!!!! The lady she usually goes to (private nail tech) was fully booked this week so we took a gamble. Never again. For prices like that they could’ve at least massaged her hands! I’m noticing a pattern in the reviews too that had great service… No surprise there… Will never step foot in this place again.
This place is HORRIBLE!!!! Do not go there. The pedicure is not a pedicure and u pay all this money for it.. My legs didn’t even get wet. No massage no nothing. The guy did my nails all thick. They looked like press on nails. Don’t waste your money,,, Go some place else…You will thank me later..
This place is horrible. I went in to get my pedicure and mani done all for a waste of $75 I have never gone somewhere and paid that much. I thought there was no line ok perfect but the man went way to fast and didn't give me my foot massage and the lady just did the basics to my nails which I could've done myself. Plus when he was doing my feet he put the tool back into the sterile box without washing it. I've never seen that done before but I will never go back
I get my nails done every month, and I’ve been growing them out for months. I normally go to a place in Acworth, and get my nails done, but it was my daughters birthday weekend and I was in a hurry and in Douglasville, so I stopped in to get them done. I always get SNS because they last a whole lot longer, but not if you go here to get them done. I’ve literally had them done for four days, and not only did the paint already crack and chip off, but my nails are so dry from them sticking them in nail polish remover and leaving them in there for an hour and a half people! If you care about your nails and their health don’t go here, your nails will literally cut and break off themselves. I spent a hundred and twenty dollars for these people to literally kill my nails! I will never go back here and I don’t recommend this place to anyone I know.

Had had my toes and nails done here for my birthday. Opted for the gel nails so that they can last long within days gel nails off like press on nails. I went back for them to redeem their self but they wanted me to pay to repair my nails
Horrible, Horrible, got my nails done Last Thursday not even a week ago , my polish started chipping..hated the look on my nails so I started taking it all off..call spoke with the guy very rude, but if you not a regular don't go there..they don't care about how you you feel about your nails...
Horrible experience my daughter got a nail infection and the lady Cut my child’s hand using the drill do NOT go here they should be shut down.
