I’ve been here twice. Both times were because I had an awkward amount of time between work appointments and needed to burn some time. The people are nice but the quality of work is terrible. The first time, I got a manicure and they dremeled my nails so thin that my pinky nail bled and was tender for weeks through the polish. I thought it was just a fluke- accidents happen. The second time was for a pedicure- I could have done a better job than this on my own by a long shot. There’s dents in the polish, polish on my skin, uneven coloring, etc… and my cuticles got cut way to short on some nails and not at all on others.I don’t recommend going here.
Absolutely terrible work! Please do not spend your hard earned money here!!!! They do not listen when I asked them to thin out the inch thick dip. Tried telling me it was my nail texture. Really??? Ridiculously bad work.
Do not go here!! I have never had such a bad experience at any nail salon in my life! I went here for the first time today because it was convenient for my schedule and they took me in after I was very sure to ask if they knew how to do what I asked they insisted they did besides the fact that it was the most horrible job ever the my were unprofessional and unclean not sanitary they cut three of my fingers all nails where uneven bumpy and crooked I told them I didn’t like them to take them off they offered to fix them again they did a bad job and managed to cut me again the nail tech had cuts in his hands as well and was not using gloves. I am in pain and afraid of further infections. They should lot be allowed to do this to people and I hope that my experience can help others
The nail tech had a dirty towel before he even began and didn’t bother to change it, he didn’t sanitize the cuticle cutter, he just dipped it in the water where my hands were soaking. Then, he didn’t want to give me the color options and kept insisting on the colors he suggested: black, red, dark pink, then proceeded to say the color I picked was sad!!!! I was so close to walking out and going somewhere else. Never going back! Don’t waste your time or your money.
I was just there and I politely told “uncle Lee” that I wouldn’t like to pay 40 USD for the service he just provided since they I didn’t like them at all, not symmetric, they look like if I’d painted them two weeks ago like when the nail grows, some fingers painted, some paint from the nail glued to my skin, I told him that I really liked the salon and the pedicure a girl did to me, but these nails where not good at all, so after he charged me 30 USD he was very rude to me and told me to don’t come back in a very rude manner, to be fair to the other employees, all of them were nice but this “uncle Lee” I don’t know if he is the owner or what but he was so rude, just ask not to have the service with him. You can see the pictures to judge yourselves.
Omg!!! No no no really?? Why is so hard to find a good, descent nail salon in ELP?? Please avoid this one go to another less awful, I asked something and I got whatever the person wanted I got a sloppy acrylic old style nails, uneven just disgusting and a very unprofessional manicure for 65.00 …smh never again
I was debating whether or not to visit this place because of the bad reviews however im so glad I did. I had a full set of nails ???? and I was assisted quickly by Tim. Please ask for Tim very gently and nice guy makes you feel very welcomed
I will never go here again. The young lady that did my pedicure and manicure didn’t seem confident and didn’t know how to (round) shape nails for a basic no color manicure. Only after being cut, I found out the young lady was a “trainee” and made me question if she was even licensed. Even for the poor work I was charged full price…
