I love the staff! They're all very friendly and welcoming. Conversations are kept and always on point. The shop is always clean and the prices aren't too high. I've never left disappointed with the service or look, however, I have gotten a certain nail design numerous times and now they have colored powder, so the design I requested is somehow not possible now unless you use the "more expensive" colored powder. In other words, less work, more money. Good for them, bad for me. I suppose I'll accept the fact that its business but not happily. Other than that, great place, great people and kid friendly.
My regular tech is Nick. He does a great job. Clean surroundings. Love the game shows on the TV. It gets the customers to interact with each other and strike up conversations.
I got my nails done last Tuesday I noticed by like Wednesday evening Thursday morning that they were starting to peel on a few nails and the gel was like not cured all the way. So i tried calling and then I just ended up driving down and they were closed so I went somewhere else to get them fixed that way I wasn't walking around all week with messed up nails. Imi called in and explained to the manager (the one who did my nails) what happens and asked for a refund because I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed because they were closed and I couldn't get them fixed by them and they said usually that happens when the machine isn’t set to the correct timer but no we can't do that the only thing we can do is offer you half off when you come back in. I said with this service I’d rather not and just get my money back BUT I tried to come back and you were closed he said oh we were closed for pshow, but we can’t do nothing for you except fix the nails I said they’re already fixed….bc you guys were closed… this went on for about 10 mins. If you want crooked, bumpy, nails that don’t get fixed & someone who will pay more attention to his cell phone then your nails then this is the place to go.
I just moved to circleville from Marion looking for a better nail place…this is it! They took me in as a walk in , I only waited for a few minutes.
They were really understanding with what I wanted done, and I already made my next appointment. Very reasonable pricing. Very friendly staff. All round a 5-star business. I can’t wait to come back!!
I moved here recently and started seeing them there at le nails. HANDS DOWN the best nail salon I have been to! I have told everyone about them, and my nails always look amazing and better than I expect! Definitely worth going to them every time
First off let me state that i had called Wednesday for 2 appointments me and my fiancé my fiancé just does gel polish because he works in a factory. it’s something i’ve always done with him. we went in and then told them what we were there for i got in after 10 mins and then my fiancé had to wait a hour and we got there right on time. At least 3 people went in front of him and the moment the guy sat him in the chair he started putting tips on. i repeated multiple times just a gel manicure. he didn’t push back cuticles or even cut them. i won’t be back. they were so rude and just rushed it when it came time to do his nails.
I usually go to Lancaster to get my nails done but I was in town and they had good reviews. The guy spent more time on his phone than paying attention to what he was doing. 4 of my nails are mis-shapen. I noticed after I left that the acrylic is uneven with odd edges poking out on the side. The nail/acrylic was not fully painted around the edges. I am extremely disappointed with my nails.
Love Le Nails! Ken and his Wife are my favorite! They are all good and very friendly. Such a comfortable place to be. They definitely make sure your comfortable and well taken care of! I won’t go anywhere else.????♥️
