The staff seems to be great and Lazaro has a great attitude towards his customers. However, I used one of his employees for a haircut without any appointment. The guy was rushing through the haircut, didn’t follow my directions and barely touch the top, he basically did what was faster for him to do but definitely not what I wanted. I even went to the DryCleaner next door and the lady could tell from far away how uneven was my hair in the top. I will not come back to this place just because of this. Despite the fact I didn’t had an appointment – I’m still paying for the service and I deserve a good haircut, that’s the only way customers are going to come back to your business. This is not about doing favors to customers when they simply don’t have an appointment. You never know if that’s the customer who is going to write a review for your service. Choose your barber wisely. Lazaro, I’m sure you know who the guy is. Maybe I should had my haircut with you.
Great barbershop and great staff. Barbers work off of appointments but also take walk-ins, so everyone is welcome. There is low turnover on barbers, which means each barber is dedicated to their craft and enjoy working together. This is a family atmosphere, and I highly recommend this barbershop after years of coming here. Also, it's a nice treat seeing the owner Lazaro regularly at the shop interacting with staff and customers.
Best barbershop I have ever been to, been coming here for 4 years now, my barber Brayan is punctual and lines me up perfectly every time. The owner Lazarito is friendly and welcoming. All the barbers there are nice and friendly. All around great atmosphere, I strongly recommend you to stop by for your next haircut !
The best barbershop I’ve been to in Hialeah gardens. The barbers are really talented and fast. They get it right the first time. get your hair cut with Reinier if possible.
