I waited 45 minutes for a shave, just to have them say that they don't have razors. What?? How can you call yourself a barbershop if you don't have razors...
By far the worst haircut I have ever received in my life, it astonishes me to see how well reviewed this place is with the quality of cut I was given. I'm embarrassed to show this to the next barber who's going to have to fix it.
Great shop. Great service. Been going to them for 20 years. Totally pleased.

All of the barbers are very nice and remember their customers. They are personal and make sure to get the job done! My fiancé comes here and only here because of the great service. Even if there is a wait, they are fast!
I am from a small town in Appalachia. I was looking for a Barbour shop that was as sincere and genuine as my shop back home. Ladd's takes the cake, by far. From the quality of their work to their professional and kind atmosphere, they have gained a customer for as long as I live here.
I found this barber through Facebook marketplace. If you're after a quality cut for far less than similar barbers in the area, I recommend Ladd's. The decor inside gives a rustic, yet home-y feel. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful with ideas on styles. During this pandemic the staff does wear masks. I was really impressed with how Maria cut around my mask straps, and could remove them from my ear to get a closer shave, all while keeping my face covered.
