Jenny is INCREDIBLE and I can’t imagine going anywhere else! I have been to every nail salon in Fort Mill, Rock Hill, and Indian Land, and Lacquer Lounge is BY FAR the best.
First of all, they only take walk-ins which worried me at first, but they are so good at what they do, I’ve never had to wait more that 15 minutes in the 18 months I’ve been going here. They’re efficient, but there’s no cutting corners so you never feel like you’re being rushed out.
I typically come in with my nana and we both get dip manicures and I usually get designs as well. We both love the staff and they are always so sweet to us. We come every few weeks and in all the time we’ve been coming here, we have both NEVER had a nail break, chip, or crack. I don’t know how she does it, but Jenny’s nails are indestructible!
The only salon I’ll go to. Every single time I leave my nails look incredible and last an entire month!

Okay I have never left a review on anything before but I was so blown away with how bad my experience was I had to so maybe help some other people not to go here - first all the staff was very unfriendly and rude the guy who cut my nails before the acrylics cut it so far to my alive nail it hurt and then the lady who did my acrylic was SUPER rough and did not care about anything and cut me multiple times when filing my cuticles with that little tool they use , and just refer to photos for shaping ???? ….and worst part it is it’s wayyy overpriced they charge $62 for a simple full set .. this was my second time in the shop and the first time hoping was just as bad first experience but save your money for somewhere better

Ok 1st off I have never written a negative review in my life mere words can not described the low level of professionalism, satisfaction, and overall experience of this salon. My sister and I were in a crunch for homecoming dance and wanted to get our nails done my father had dropped us off to get my nails done the following are the bad excperinces ;
1. OVER PRICED double the price of the nail salon I normally go to
2. The worst nail experience of my life my nails were bleeding, did not ask for shape and didn’t let me see colors, glue and powder were left on my nails
3. Cleanliness this place is dirty my nails had dirt on them when finished and the waxing area don’t even get me started
4. Costumer service I have never exceperienced this level of rudeness and overall low level of costumer service in any, ANY sort of business establishment without consent they took our phone and had rated their establishment at 5 stars who does this…. No one that’s why I’m adding this review I just had to take away the 5 stars
5. Pain not only were they rough on my nails, cut up my cuticles and left glue but they also after I got my eyebrows waxed they left lots of wax on my eyes and didn’t put anything on my eyebrows when I saw things she could of put one but was to lazy when she could see my eyes getting inflammed and red
