Great store & fantabulous service. Large selection of hair/beauty products for women of color. Wonderful collection of African apparel as well. Good customer service, too!

I’ve been going to this place for a few years. Even before they moved locations. The customer service has always been amazing, and I always loved the Indian hair, It was definitely top quality and worth the price. I guess they discontinued it so I tried the Malaysian Deep Wave this time and man am I disappointed. My hair sheds so much, and Gets matted easily. I’ve only had it in for a week and feels like it’s been up months. I’ve always been loyal to this place. But I’ll just start ordering my hair online. Because it was a Waste of money and I’ll have to get my hair redone all over again. Please Avoid my mistake!

Store is nice and clean and stocked. But I’m mainly rating their hair in this post. I bought their brand of bundles and I’ve had it in for about a week now and the hair sheds worse than a dog. Just running my fingers through it and strands just fall every time. The ends are the worst part, they are so spilt. I wouldn’t recommend this brand of hair but I highly recommend this beauty supply.

Been buying hair from this place for well over five years. I remember when the one lady used to be set up in the lash loft. The quality of hair is amazing, the customer service is awesome and I love how they educated me on which products was best for my frontal. I won't buy my "unprocessed" hair from any where but here because I know I'm getting what I pay for.

Friendly, well stocked, black owned, great prices. Could park right in front of the store. Loved talking with the worker because she was super knowledgeably and had actually tried the products! I'll be back and I'm bringing my wig loving mom ????

Store and customer service extremely nice . They are also VERY convenient. But the hair Is HORRIFIC. From puffy ness to extreme shedding . If I new I was gone waste 600$ I would just bought beauty supply hair. Or waited because I spent a lot of money. Nevertheless this is a learning lesson and that was my final purchase. For WEAVE .

I love the hair/quality! The young lady who works in the Hair Supply Shop needs Customer Service Training. I'm the type who will question products! She always has an attitude when you ask too many questions. It gets to be uncomfortable. I've been purchasing hair at La Foi Luxe since January 2016. You might want to get someone in there who enjoys providing exceptional Customer Service. I'm a Casemanager and believe in Customer Service.
