I love this nail salon. We always come back here. My nails rarely hurt after & they look beautiful. Everyone is really nice. My only concern was we all got the same service (fill) and my sisters bill came out a couple dollars more. It also seems pretty difficult to sit with your party, even with making a reservation together beforehand - but that may be standard nowadays. Overall, I’ll be returning!
Went in on Wednesday for a full set of dip nails. The woman who did my nails was rude and giggling at me the entire time. Whatever. I paid for my nails and left. The next day- 3 of them were chipped already. I called to let them know and was told to come in and get them fixed. I went today to have them fixed and instead of fixing the dip polish... they filed them down so short. Not only were they filed short, they are extremely uneven. You can even see my naked nail on the corner of one of the nails. Extremely displeased. Will never return.
Asked for square, but his shaping was bad so I asked him to fix it, he got and attitude and proceeded to make my nails coffin shaped. They were all uneven and very ugly and he wouldn’t listen to my suggestions. When I refused to pay for the nails (because they weren’t what I wanted) the nail tech grabbed me by the arm and threatened me. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful. The older guy who worked next to him did offer to fix my nails for me. Ended up leaving with Almond nails that are super thin instead of Square. Will not be returning. $54 set... shouldn’t have paid for this

Who thinks it’s cool to send a customer home and pay full price after nicking a cuticle that bled like crazy, which ruined the manicure?
I told this lady three times (who I’m convinced didn’t understand but two words of English) that my cuticles were sensitive. To no surprise, she nicked one and let me tell you. It bled like a sieve!!! She was so grabby and pushy and I kept telling her, let me put pressure on it and it will stop. She just kept trying to grab my hand and put this green solution on it to make it stop bleeding. Then she tried to put super glue on it, which I first said absolutely not. But then it seriously wouldn’t stop bleeding to the point where she couldn’t even paint that nail, so I had no choice but to let her put the glue on it. The nurse in me was ABSOLUTELY screaming inside!!! She couldn’t even understand or refused to when I asked for hydrogen peroxide to get the blood stains off. What I wanted to be a relaxing experience after a hard week, was the opposite!!!
NEVER GO TO LA BELLE NAIL SALON IN NORTH OLMSTED!!!
Tom was absolutely wonderful. I came in for a fill and he expertly fixed the errors of my previous job!
I regularly get my manicures and pedicures here. The salon is always clean. The service is the best I have ever experienced!
I love this nail salon. It's pretty, and the nail techs are so nice. The dip manicure I get is always beautifully done.
Enjoyed a birthday pedicure with a friend. Joe did a great job! Message chairs are nice...very clean facilities
