So I come to this establishment for a pedicure, the water is cold, I ask the lady if she could make the water hot, she says there is no hot water, then she makes it warm, then during the process the senior worker yells for me to go somewhere else for hot water, at that point I ask for the owners contact information, they gave me a business card, upon calling the number ,the phone starts ringing, so once again I ask for the contact information of the owner, the lady starts to do someone else's pedicure. Customer service poor, I will be leaving this establishment without receiving any service. I am very disappointed and I would like to boycott this establishment, if you can not serve blacks you don't deserve the black dollar.
Lady that helped me was extremely rude aggressive and the prices were way overpriced for a mediocre pedicure kept talking in a different language in assuming at me if not about me because no one else was around NOBODY. Never again.
Very nice employees. Took my daughter and I right away when another nail place across the street made us wait an hour with an appointment and still didn't take us.
This business save the day as we were behind schedule on our way to Carlsbad to celebrate my birthday. We were very pleases.
I love that they stay open late to accommodate customers. The staff are very friendly. They need to add more color choices, or they would've gotten a 5 star
The lady in front of door, she does good work but get agitated with the specials, if you ask for other shap. Only allow square shape and leaves acrylic on your skin see not use buffer to smooth nails. Limited colors. Good place for a quick cheap full set. The guy who does pedicures is nice does good work. I'll only return for the pedicure and full set but will go elsewhere for fills.
Previous reviews are made by people who don't know what they're talking about. This is a great salon. First of all, anyone uncomfortable with a language that's being spoken that is not English is a racist arrogant airhead and need to stay home at all times. Second, this work takes time and if you are impatient and huffy, go home and stay there. And third, these women and men that work here are all hard workers and take care of their customer. From trying to help bimbos decide what they want when they are indecisive to taking time to pay attention to detail. Their prices are incredibly decent, the shop is clean and the people are very nice. So ignore those older reviews. Coming from someone as picky as myself, give this place a chance. I'm glad I did.
I haven’t been here in 5 years but decided to give them another chance. I got acrylic nail on a Thursday and by Sunday (3 days later my nail broke). I called and told them. They told me to come in; I go in and I get told it’s a 40 minute wait or I can leave because they are closed now, and very busy. Now I remember why I haven’t came in so long. The product they use is very cheap if my nail breaks within 3 days.
Please don't do businesses with these people. They are horrible I have gone here a few times and I have regretted it every times. I have gotten a full set done here and they fell off within 3 days. I got a pedicure done and the nail polish came off on the same day.This last time I came here I got my eyebrows done by the most rude and mean lady I have ever met. This lady burned me three times and she got upset when I told her that she was burning me. She told me that if I didn't want my eyebrows done then I should leave. Still I stayed and she ended up waxing my eyebrows extremely thin after I had specifically told her to just clean my eyebrows. Now I am stuck with these thin eyebrows and burn marks. I should report them. As I was walking out I heard a few other customers complaining about their services too. Save your money and go elsewhere. You will regret coming here.
