Crazy is the name this beautiful talented nail artist goes by. She is very good and very well in demand so if you visit this lady to get your nails done or get your eye brows waxed make sure to set up an appointment at least 2 days ahead of time. I got a soak off and overlay. Pedicure and eyebrow waxing. Completely satisfied. Thank you Ms. Crazy ????
My service was really rushed , poor polish application, and my polish is outside onto my fingers :(. Also just was supposed to be a cut down / fill and it is very uneven and tried to be slick and charge me extra without telling me! Wouldn’t recommend , and my cousin also said she did the same thing to her nails! Very much rushed because she was hungry. Tried to get her to fix it, and acted as if nothing was wrong and looked exactly the same after , even had me pay mid service
I went to this nail shop for a gel polish color change on my feet. Just a color change! I went in and I’m looking at the price menu and it has $15 gel color change. The lady starts to paint my nails just to tell me it would be $40. I was confused because I didn’t get a pedi just a color change and never paid that much to get my toes polished. They had old equipment and couldn’t get my old gel polish off. (Any other shop never had a problem). Then while she was painting my toes I’m basically holding my leg in the air because she has my foot on her knee. It was an awkward position. I would not be back to this place. She said it was a slow day and I feel like I paid for her slow day!
I recently moved to Penn Hills. I went to this shop THREE times and never got served. Each time there was a issue. But the third time I was in there long enough to see that the place is dirty. I left after waiting 85 mins!!!! I was in the chair & was told CASH only. At that point I had to go to the ATM (no one else was in shop I came back within 5 mins). She had another person in the chair. I waited for her to finish. Then she started on another persons nails! I couldn’t believe it....I called another shop & left!!! This lady is not professional & I would never go back again!

I was cut twice during my manicure... was not discounted. I was there for 3 hours. The owner was nice and tried her best but my nails look a total mess. I asked for white glitter and she did what I asked but my nails look chunky and sloppy. She really didn’t know what she was doing with the dip technique. I was charged $62 for white color with glitter. No design or rhinestones. I love B &C nails- this is where you should go. This place is gross and they don’t do a good job.
When I called to schedule an appointment, i told her my name and she laughed at me and saidmy name back to me and I said yes, that's my name. First red flag. Then i arrive for my appointment i waited for an hour and a half. When. She started me, she hardly disinfected anything, didn't wash her hands, and kept jumping person to person. Then when she finally started on me, she barely prepped my nail, and didn't even cut my cuticle back. i had asked for a coffin shape and she got angry and said she had asked me if I wanted square and that i said yes-- i never heard her ask shape or anything she just went right into it, and just asked for length. So now my shaping is horrendous, as she rushed on me, and then she painted my nails and applied the gems like a 5 year old. When I went to pay, i was switching money over to another account,and she said "oh you call mommy, mommy need to pay" trying to be funny and in an attempt to "embarrass" me in front of the other customers. Highly unprofessional, rude, and unsanitary.
I paid 140 for my nails and toes my toe nail polish chipped soon as I left all my nails broke in 3 days she use the same brush thats how u get fungus her floors need vacuumed they don’t use the scrubber on ya feet what’s her name “crazy” she act so cool but not she not official and I been going there for a long time I’m
Tired of giving her my money and my nails break the next day oml never again
