NEVER EVER AGAIN….. When I handed the nail tech my polish for my pedicure, For some reason she insisted on telling me how much the gel costs vs the regular polish… Go to get my manicure and she repeated to me 6 times how much the gel polish was… Even the male tech told her OK. As in “OK, she heard you.” I decided I was done. I had my granddaughter with me and didn’t want to ruin her experience with the polite tech, so I let her get her manicure….
Go to pay, and the nail tech tried to overcharge me. Charged me $55 for a regular polish pedicure. After sitting waiting for my granddaughter to get done, I looked at my feet and noticed, my pedicure was NOT GOOD. They offered for me to sit under the dryer… After 30 minutes. I didn’t even know they had a dryer because it had t been offered.
Only positive about this is I don’t think she will be there much longer. The guy who appeared to be the owner wasn’t happy about it all.
Lastly, I like a peaceful experience when I get my nails done. It was not peaceful in there. The nail tech I had talked entirely toooo much. Everyone talked way too much except the young guy who I was wishing had been the one helping me.
DO NOT USE THEM!!!! If I could I'd give 0 stars. I used to get my nails done here regularly and stopped about 5years ago. I only had a little time to spare today so decided to stop in for a much needed pedicure while running errands in the area. The water was cold, the pedicure was rushed and to top it off, the price of my pedicure was changed $10 between the time I sat down and going to pay. When I questioned it, the tech no longer spoke English. NEVER AGAIN!!!
In transparency, I don't leave bad reviews. It's not my desire to ever effect someone's livelihood. Instead, I leave no review. To have left this bad review means it was well warranted.

If it was something less than 1 star i could give i would. My first experience here was horrible, the nail lady was super rude, super rough, she asked me "was this my first time getting my nails done" & i asked her " was this her first time doing so".
she kept burning my nails because she had the buffer on super high, she kept hitting my nails because she was rushing & i was literally the ONLY person in there it was 12 employees just sitting around, so i was confused about the rush. 1 week later my nails were coming off, I decided to call the nail shop. I asked if i can speak with the owner or the manager this person stated no one was available to speak, i asked if i can speak to someone other than himself he refuse, he then tells me that i am on speaker & customer can hear me, i stated it was unprofessional AND THE CUSTOMER STARTED TALKING TO ME ON THE PHONEi cant make this up!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO WHERE OUR DOLLAR IS RESPECTED!!!
THE SECOND TIME I TRIED TO DO BUSINESS HERE SERVICE WAS REFUSED. SAID THEY WERE CLOSED. YET THE SIGN WAS STILL ON AND THE DOOR SAY 8 PM. ONLINE BUSINESS HOURS SAYS THEY CLOSE AT 8PM. JUST SAY YALL DON'T WANT TO ASSIST BLACK PEOPLE.
This place was super clean and so nice !! I loved my nails done by Njhia (knee) he was patient and very friendly..will be back
OMG....I will start with how unprofessional the staff is at this place. No one greeted me when I walked in...that was when I should have left. One of the nail techs was cussing like a sailor and loud. This place is pricey. I got dip powder and was charged $10 to get my cuticles trimmed. My total was $85 I was like I will NEVER come back to this place. They charge for everything:-(. They have the nerve to be opening a 3rd place where Diva Nails used to be on 38th Street....no thank you!
This man told me I could get regular polish why I can’t get regular polish what’s the problem I highly do not recommend
The young gentleman was very polite and funny . He did amazing on my hands and took his time
