The worst experience of my life. They are so stank when you walk in and they don’t even greet you. They walked me to the back of the salon only to have me sit there for almost an hour, no one attended me. I was asked to give up my seat when the rest were available. All people did was ignore me. When I walked out, the owner asked if anyone washed my hair, I was like shouldn’t you be aware about clients well being.Terrible customer service, definitely will not be going back there again. I recommend anyone to look somewhere else.

Krissia has been my stylist for about 3plus years, she is very talented hair dresser. Friendly, professional and sweet as pie. Very adorable and knowledgeable about hair products and styles. She always greets me with her million dollar smile, warm hello and hug. Most important she listens to what kind look I want and achieves it 200% she is the best stylist I have ever had.

I love it and it is affordable. Today was my first time going I believe Ellie (I hope I get her name right) did my hair and she was great! I will be back.

I deeply regret giving this place a try. The person that did my hair didn’t even greet me. While getting my hair washed she was rough and pulling on my hair. Once we sat down in the chair to get it blow dried she was once again yanking on my hair with the brush. If you don’t know how to do a black girls hair than just say that. This was my first time getting my hair in awhile after having my child. I was expecting good customer service and to enjoy my time there. Once she was done blow drying my hair and flat ironing it, I asked for a trim. She then caught an attitude and pulled out the razors and only trimmed the back of my hair, not the sides or the front. Just the back. I don’t know why this establishment would have someone like this on their team. She makes you guys look bad. Representing you all real bad. Do better.

I have curly hair and don’t go to the salon often due to the time it takes and previous bad experiences at other salons. Decided to treat myself for my birthday and get a wash, trim and flat iron. I usually leave salons with damp hair since my hair takes a long time to dry. This time my hair has never been so flat. I definitely got what I asked for and will definitely need another appointment. They listened to what I wanted and got my hair done quickly since I had someplace to be soon.

This was much better than my typical salon experience which is partly why I don’t go very often. I might have to change that and have a regular salon.

Have been there twice , Andrea has done a wonderful job with my highlights. Always goes above and beyond , have had a lot of compliments on how a wonderful job she did ! Definitely only place I go to have my hair done !
