I have been going to Kelly for over a year because she does the best nails around! My daughter went to her first and loved her work. Any design I bring a photo of Kelly recreates it even better! My nails never break. Kelly is quick but does quality work. I highly recommend her ????????????????
Go somewhere else!!! The workers don’t speak english and there’s only one girl that knows how to do nails semi professionally. I wouldn’t recommend. It took 3 people to draw lines on my nails.
David did an amazing job and took his time with my nails ! They came out so great !
Called and asked them to fix my nails she told me to “come now we wait for you” I get there and it’s “oh no we didn’t do your nails” and proceeds to argue with me about it despite me calling first. 1/10 do not go here
If I could rate zero I would. Went in before my birthday and someone did my nails, 2 nails have already popped off and it hasn’t even been 2 weeks yet. Disappointing because I was looking for a new salon to visit regularly and this was just horrible.
So I walked into this place 2 days before my birthday. I showed the lady that works there with a very short haircut the style that I wanted to have my nails she let me know from jump that she wasn’t able to achieve what I wanted so she showed me an option that she could do. I didn’t care for it so I showed her a style that was very simple. It was a curved French tip with self jewls on it and she said OK I can do that so she proceeded to cut my nails and she cut them way shorter than what I wanted didn’t even ask me how short did I want my actual nails cut, shaved them down put the fake nails on mind you the whole time while she’s doing that she’s speaking in her language to her coworkers about designs And yeah, I change my nail style to accommodate you since you couldn’t do the nail style I wanted I changed to something very simple and after all of this and I sat there for about 30 minutes because we’re going back-and-forth about a simple design since she couldn’t achieve what I wanted after the fake nails are on she goes to say you know what I can’t do the style that you want because you keep on changing it and I don’t have the color blah blah blah, I will never be back in there. The customer service is horrible. The prices are a lot more than what they used to be from FL nails. The service was way better when it was FL nails . I just wouldn’t go to this place at all after that experience, thank God that I went to my normal place and they took me in 30 minutes before they closed, which is Paris nails. I love them they accommodated me they were nice as always they didn’t speak in their language, the whole time when they have a customer there, so that’s what I get for trying to cheat on my nail shop and try somebody new. Tim absolutely killed my full set for my birthday, so I would never be at this place again they literally deserve 0 stars
I love getting my nails done here.I always go to the guy a the first desk,I think his name is Alex.He is very good.I always go in with a pic of what I want and he executes it every time????????
Went here back in 2017 to get a pedicure. They sat me down and left me with my feet in the water to go start someone else’s nails. I threatened to leave after about 10-15 mins. Then she came back then finished. They do not use correct tools to clean. They only use file and automatic files.
I tried to give them another chance today. I went in and there were only 3 workers and 2 customers. One lady was on the phone sitting in the pedicure chair asked me what I wanted and pointed in the direction of the pedicure chairs for me to sit. I walk over and another lady ask me what I wanted. Then the phone lady gets up out of her chair and sits at the manicure stations points for me to come over. She took all of 8 mins to do my color change on my toes and did a terrible job. Like last time. I do not recommend. Look at these toes man.
