The WORST hotel experience of my life!!! We paid $212 in cash for a room and after entering our room (with the key given to us by the front office), 30 mins later a lady came BANGING on our door SCREAMING AT US saying that we did not pay for the room!!! My husband and I felt so disrespected by how the lady acted towards us, we just wanted our money back. My husband went inside the office to talk to the gentlemen that sold us the room and he was in there for some time so I went in to see what was going on. When I entered the hotel lobby I told the man that we just wanted our money back because of how disrespectful the staff was. The words out of his mouth were "this is not your conversation, get lost" I then asked him for corporates phone number and he indicated that he was not giving me that and that the business was privately owned. So I then asked for the owners number and he said no I'm not giving you that either. He refused to refund us and RUDELY indicated for us to have a good night. I feel at this point like these people are crooks. I think the gentlemen tried to pocket our cash and his coworker may have realized that the room was not marked as rented. Overall the experience was AWFUL and I suggest you do not waste your money at this establishment!!! I am reporting this business to the BBB!!

It was damaged from the hurricane. Every roof had a tarp.
The guest are homeless type of people. Didn't feel safe
We checked in around 8am and at about 11 or so we noticed a hugh and I mean 2-3" cockroache crawling along the wall. Got dressed and put the door. Went to complain and ask about a refund and the front desk lady said no I came at 8 and I should have said something then. Well how could I if we didn't see it till 11 she even threatened to call the police in me. I have a picture of it crawling don't ever stay at this place.
Don't stay here. Rooms are just as nasty as the owners are. Lots of drugs & traffic all hours. Bed bugs and every other kind of bug there is. Cops are Always watching this place.
I called this hotel looking for someone who was staying in one of their rooms. When the lady answered the phone she didn't even say the the hotels name she just said hello. After asking if this was the hotel I was looking for , I asked if someone was in room 208 and very rudely the lady answered there is no one in 208 and hung up in the middle of my sentence. Didn't try to further assist me in any manner. Very poor customer service.
Good place for a night. Room was clean. Not high class.
"A waste of time and effort"? Can confirm your business is, I wouldn't even let a homeless person stay here. They have standards you know?
