I was in town for a college visit for my daughter and called to get a last minute appointment. They were able to get me in, I got a girl that was fresh out of school and her skills were out of this world! My nails look perfect! They are beautiful!! And I couldn’t have been happier with my visit! She’s was sweet, easy to talk to and very good at her job! Will definitely go back!!!

So... I debated on whether or not to post this but.... I had the worst experience at Knails in Marshall today. The man doing my pedicure dug so deep into my toe nails (even after I told him he was hurting me) that at one point I kinda yelled out and just broke down after he just dug in deep...couldn't stop crying he hurt me so bad. He said he was sorry and rubbed my feet and then said "You not even bleeding".... he proceeded with the pedicure .... smh.

Also, I was also told yesterday it was going to be $55 and it wasn't.... it was $60 .... I did get $3 off for using cash instead of credit. But no discount nothing more said.... I will never ever go back as long as I live.

I'm so sad because my friend who was with picked a color for her mani and it was completely different than what she asked for and the owner just told her that it will look different once it sets. She asked for glitter orange and got a deep plum.

Took way too long to do my set of gel nails. The guy told me I could get what I showed a pic of (ombré glitter on black) and then told me after he messed it up, that he didn’t know how to do it. Covered them up with black that took twice as long and had a bubble and thick uneven shape. He told me “your glitter messed me up” and still charged full price. Lots of friends have also been unhappy with their services as well. Won’t go back!

It was a disaster! Not well-organized, and it's made worse by the fact that I know the language they speak but they don't realize I do. So nasty to gossip about me in front of me! I paid a total of $125, therefore I feel it's not wrong to ask for a neat work. The most worse nail salon I have been too!

Everyone was friendly and courteous. They had a new girl helping at the front desk which helped services go smoothly! My nails came out perfect as well, 5 ????

Always accepting of walkins without too much wait time. Lots of color choices, good service.

My first experience getting nails felt like I was a burden to her and my nails are terrible. Not going back

Went in for gel removal and now my nails are destroyed they are so thin and hurt to touch. Not sure if they thought my nails were fake or what but my nails were real.
