Worst experience ever and it was my first and last time I would ever come to the nail shop. The lady Annie made both my big toe bleed so bad and had me literally crying , when I told her that she was so rough and that she was hurting me bad also I was bleeding so bad and she just kept doing my feet without cleaning the blood until I told her that I was bleeding too much, she then used the same towel I had my feet on to wipe it, wish I feel is very unsanitary. She told me I was just scared and that it supposed to feel like that the first time, and I said I’ve never experienced anything like this before from other nail shop. Then she asked me to pay because they were closing so I did. I also noticed that she was rushing, so I did mention to her that she was rushing and that they should not except people at a certain time right before closing because it’s not fair to the customers getting treated really badly. She and her coworker the. started to try and argue with me because of what I said that was true. So I then told her I would not argue with her and to let me go. My feet has been hurting really bad every since. She didn’t even put nothing on it to stop the bleeding or something to help me not get infected, so I went homed and cleaned it with alcohol and applied iodine prop pad to stop the bleeding. I had to put bandage on both feet making sure it wouldn’t get infected because I was cut really bad and deep. It’s been almost two weeks and my toes still hurts and now it’s infected on the last few pictures is what my toes look like now, all infected. Annie or the person in charge never tried to apologize to me instead tried to argue, and I still payed full price $45 dollars. I’m going to the doctor because it’s been almost 2 weeks and it’s still hurting, I believe because of it being infected because I was cut so deep and extremely bad. Very disappointed!!!
This is ridiculous ???? I just got them done today. Very lazy nail techs. Only the Eyebrow lady is the best.
Be truly careful coming here!. Assistants are harassers and will try to get your number with insistence, they ask you to don't pay with card even when they have terminal. Terrible experience, run from this place.
In one week. I had a photoshoot Friday where I had another nail tech redo another nail. Now this one was forming cracks in it, then finally just broke off as you see. Avoid them.
This was my first and last time coming here. Firstly when I walked in no one greeted me nor asked what I needed. Waited 8 mins to get acknowledged. Then when I did get attended she rushed through the whole process and this is what I paid for $47 to be exact. Never coming here again. I wasted a lot of time here and couldn’t have her fix them again. I rather go elsewhere. BEWARE!
I was so disappointed! I've been very happy with this shop for about 3 months. Had a rapport with Kevin. I even bought $150 worth of dipping powders and product for him to use on me. He leaves and goes back to Vietnam with my product. I was so outdone. He could have left the product behind but my bad for trusting. So, King & Queen lost a customer since no one else there does dipping powder applications. They also lost their 5 star rating. I hate I have to leave Tran Choo, he was good with pedicures.
Loved My Nails & was very happy with Angie, I have been to a lot of different nail salons but customer service has always been terrible. First time visit here, & Angie made sure I got my nails how I wanted them. She asked me like 3 times if It was fine, if I liked the shape & the size. She said , tell me what you don’t like & I will fix it! That lady was lovely. Seriously best service I have ever received.
The best place ever to get your nails done. Excellent services. My favorite place to relax and enjoy getting pamper. You will love it too. Excellent environment always. Thank you so much.????
