My nail tech went off I didn't get his name I was too excited!! I never get my nails done I only went in knowing what theme(casino) I wanted. Him and I decided we'll I was at the table and they came out better than I imagined.
My cousin also was happy with her nails from another tech there

Been going for pedis for a while and their awesome everytime. Everyone is friendly, and provides the best service. My frenchie nails were done by lynn, she does amazing work! Highly recommend trying it out.

I went to get a pedicure and my toe got infected and it hurts horrible as soon as they end up with a person they grab the same instrument for the next one I don't think they disinfect or clean them I have to go see a doctor my finger is showing a lot of discoloration and it is turning very purple and the pain is too much be very careful with this place they do not have the cleaning that is needed
I've gone to Kim's nails for over 5 years with my mother and I continued to go after alone. I've given hundreds of dollars to this business and been a loyal customer for years however it didn't stop the older man who sits at the third desk from the front from turning me away because I didn't like the shape of nails he was laying acrylic over he stopped after one nail and left me at his table with just tips on and told me to go somewhere else. His behavior was embarrassing to say the least I will never return and suggest anyone to consider going to a different shop.
If there was a lower score I would have put that. I really hate to be that person but here is my horror story of my first pedi. 1st they schduelded my appointment Sunday @ 10 am, they don't open till 11. 2nd the lady rips my big toe open && its bleeding doesn't say anything about it. 3rd they wash their tools in the water they use to wash my feet. 4th immediately try rushing you out while asking if I'm going to tip. 5th my toe is now infected, my hospital bill ran to $100. They asked me to cut the girl a break && only refunded me $50. Terrible place to go if you are looking for even decent service. Just as a heads up guys.
You know I have been coming to this place for about a year but I am going to stop and find a new nail salon because the quality of service is getting bad. The lady that did my pedicure last week act like she didn't even want to touch my feet. Instead she massaged the hell out of my legs. I didn't even enjoy the pedicure because she went so fast. I just can't deal with this place anymore. However if you get in a bind and need your nails done quickly, this place is open for that.
Went to get a manicure, he literally did not buff my nails before applying the nail polish. I had asked for a French manicure tip, I didn't like how it looked so when I said something he started talking about me to his people. He "took" off the white polish but left it all around my nails. Do not come here, spend your money elsewhere.
