Arrived at 5:05pm to be told that they're closed. I stated that it says they're open until 5:30pm and that they have a sign on their door that says 'Open' - the guy just said 'We finish we finish'.
Height of rudeness and no way to treat a customer.
Got my haircut here once before and they laughed at me because I didn't know the word for taking the weight out of the hair (feathering)

Great place for a good hair cut or shave. Friendly staff who take their time to make sure you're happy.
I only wanted a short back and sides, and the barber took 3 minutes to do. I wanted him to take more off the sides and trim the side locks, another minute . cost was £9 for a pensioner, but he wanted £10 from me, and was rude about the matter.
