I first went here 4-5 years ago and always really liked it. I only stopped because I moved farther away.
Revisited today because it was close to me and I was once again extremely happy with the outcome. I had a gel pedicure, my technician was so friendly. I felt relaxed and thankful that I had chosen this salon!
**Just like every time I visit a salon, I make an appointment. It’s the best way to set myself and the salon up for success. You can’t be mad at them for not catering to you on a whim**
I’m a regular customer and we walked in a stated 2 manicures. 2 hours later they did mine and my technician stated that my guest was next but once I was done she went to someone that came in 30 minutes ago. Summer had the nerve to play victim and states “she’s gonna have to come back tomorrow” but literally we have been there for over 2 hours. I will definitely not go back
This was a very nice pedicure akilee I think that’s what she said her name was did my pedicure and painted my nails . The massage she did was awesome. My nails look great even though I was rushing home lol. I was greeted immediately when I hit the door. I usually go somewhere else but will def always have them in mind when they’re full.
Summer fixed the horrible work I had done on my nails at the salon in the mall. She took her time and did not overcharge me. Summer and Tian are both great!
I have been looking for a place since I moved here 4 months ago. Tina was recommended and has been wonderful! Fixed all the damage done from the other nail salon.
Definitely my favorite nail salon in Charlottesville now! Summer really took her time and perfected my nails. Inside is very clean and welcoming as well.
What a bunch of crooks, DON'T ever buy a gift certificate because it will expire.
I've been at this nail salon several times, bought a gift certificate for my boyfriend, thought he could use a pedi, he never got around to using it so I came in today to use and they WOULD NOT ACCEPT.
Apparently the owner kept telling me, "those aren't the rules." Ok, I understand if it's been over a year or years since it expired.... But it's only been a month past the expiration.
And since when do gift certificates expire?
Regardless, this expired last month, purchased on 12/17/21, expired 7/17/21 and tried to use today after shellac pedi and they wouldn't accept!!!
Like I said, bunch of crooks, I've been a customer here multiple times and it's ridiculous they couldn't do anything to give any kind of credit for the $32 gift certificate I tried to use on my $52 shellac pedicure.
Btw overpriced in my mind and not worth it.
Please save yourself and GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Additionally their Services are not worth their Prices.
Love this place! The only place I will go! The management and staff are awesome and very friendly. They do great work and are a clean establishment. Dips are my personal favorite!!
