Takes a very long time to get services done. I'm typically there for 2 hours to get my nails schellac redone without even having an actual manicure. If you want to wait for a pedicure too, expect around 4 hours. I've also had multiple experiences there when the technician does the pattern or style of nail they feel looks better instead of what i wanted. Staff is very friendly and I've known them a long time, so that is mainly why I go back there. Although it costs a little less than other nail salons' prices, it may not be worth the wait.
The nail tips were curved and me personally I hate the way that curved nails look on anyone. My mom and I asked if they had straight nail tips and they said no everywhere here only has curved tips but my friend goes there all the time and she always gets straight tips but how come when I asked they said they don’t do that
I love ???? my nails! Kenny did an awesome job. Best in town. Affordable and the staff makes me feel welcomed

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I made an appointment for 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:15pm as I like to be early so I’m not late or keeping anyone waiting or behind schedule. I did not expect for them to get me in early my any means. Upon arrival I was told to sign in, pick my color and have a seat. I then waited for an HOUR before walking out, I left at 4:30pm. Right before walking out a customer walked in the door and they immediately sat her down and started on her nails. Not one employee even acknowledged I was in that salon after sitting down. Once I walk out I decided to call to let them know how disappointed I was and the owner of the salon goes on to say “we were busy.” That’s it. She said “come back tomorrow and we can do your nails.” As I was talking to her explaining I will not return with such bad customer service she proceeds to hang up the phone on me. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend. I made an appointment for a reason..to ensure they could accommodate my full set. They clearly overbook. So even with an appointment your probably not going to get serviced at that time or even remotely close to that time. If I could give them 0 stars I would!!!
Getting a pedicure is one of my most favorite things to do and these ladies are good at it...
First time for a pedicure. I loved it definitely doing it again. Everyone is very nice. Its sanitary and clean. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I don't feel like I have the experience to give such a rating.
They were really nice and sweet , very clean environment as well. They just didn't have what I wanted and kept telling me that they only free hand designs on acrylics. And in the end I had to settle for less.
