I loved coming here but after new management took over it just hasn’t been the same. The nails were no where near what I wanted but the lady couldn’t do the ombré that I wanted after they told me they could. She was getting upset because she kept having to redo my nail but it was just not what I wanted. These were suppose to be my birthday nails, so after I just had her do one color and add rhinestones but as you can see there so many air bubbles some of my nails didn’t get to finish drying up, I literally just got them done yesterday, overall i was not happy with anything it was not worth $110, while I was there I was really regretting not going to this other place. I’ll probably still come back for pedicures but never for my nails. Really debating whether to get them soaked off
Haven't been to this salon since the original owners left and I can clearly see a difference but went for some girl time with a friend. For cleanlines, I had some concerns but some typical things that unfortunately most nail salons do. They painted my no chip pretty fast with no caution so I got patchy glitter and bumps they filed and buffed. And now not even 24 hours later I have polish that either didn't get a chance to cure or they buffed away the side cap and the polish is lifted. And my friends nails length fine but the polish, sheer and not by choice. Instead of saying anything he moved on with the polish so fast before she could ask if they could do something about the glitter not being what the sample looked like and she was done and stuck with it.
I started going to Jovi nails after another place destroyed my nails. They fixed them and my nails came out great. I have been going for a few months and my nails have never looked better or been more healthy.
PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! Back in may of this year I went to get a pedicure as u can see in the first picture. This lady was so rough on my feet she poked my skin and the inside of my toe to harsh!!! One week passed by my right big toe was swollen i instantly knew it was from my pedicure???? I was debating if going back to the salon and refund my money or even calling the state on them but I didn’t & I regret it. My toe was extremely infected bc of that lady, idk if there tools were infected but this place is canceled!!! I was a regular in this Solon, i had no complaints about this place until the old owner left. These new people are rude and so unprofessional. I hope my story helps, I regret not speaking up sooner until now.
Avoid this place. It's overpriced for the terrible job you get. I was in there for 2 and a half hours for a basic full set and color. I had 3 rhinestone put on 1 finger on each hand. I left to the gas station and within 5 minutes the rhinestones were all falling off because they don't put a top coat over them. My nails look lumpy and ready to fall off. When they fall off I'm still going somewhere else. What an awful job, I'll pay more and actually get nails that don't look like my 11 year old daughter did them.
Very cute place. A bit hard to see from the street so if you miss it, just turn on bell school road and go around the back (if you hit Denny’s you’ve gone too far!)

My station was sanitized before and after I was there. Lots of colors to choose from.
My 1st visit there, the reviews made me go. I live on the West side of Rockford. I was not disappointed. Vivian the owner took care of me.
She was friendly ???? and absolutely knew what she was doing.
The salon is clean, great music playing friendly staff.
So go visit have your choice of nails.
I will be back and I recommend Jovi highly.
