I’m on vacation and needed a haircut so I stopped into Jan’s Barber shop. I was greeted right away by a very friendly lady she had a guy in the chair and one waiting. She told me I had one guy ahead and it will be a few minutes. Being a barber I appreciate another barber telling me what the wait is going to be. When I got into her chair she was very friendly and very easy to talk to. The most important part was I got a great haircut! I definitely recommend Jan’s barber shop!
I went to Jan’s not too long ago, she did great on my haircut and I loved the atmosphere and Jan herself was a very friendly woman. I definitely recommend coming here. And I’m recommending my friends as well. Safe to say I will be returning!
Both myself and my husband have been coming to Jan ( the previous owner of Jan's Barber Shop), now at Empire Barber Shop for our haircuts over the past several years. She always does a great job and we feel like she really cares about us and what we are asking for.
She always asks about what's happening in our lives. She is very friendly and she is the BEST at what she does with that scissor ✂️.

Jan’s Barber Shop is now called Empire Cuts. Jan is still here. No one has ever done a better job cutting my hair! Hi highly recommend Jan.
Jan who used to be the owner of Jans Barbershop sold to Empire Barber Cutz. She now rents a chair there and is still doing a great job cutting hair
The shop was clean. My stylist was quick, neat, and efficient. The price was competitive. I'll be back whenever I'm in town.
The place is now called empire barber cutz, Jan still works there , it’s under new management but same amazing service from Jan. Love getting my hair cut here.
Awful. Came here to get a barbershop shave and the Latino barber didn't even know what that was and unfortunately my Spanish is lacking but they didn't even have a tilt back seat! Said the chair was too old, are you kidding me? The tilt back chair has been around for 100+ years! Ended up just taking my beard down to zero which I could've done at home. Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
