The man who works behind the counter is arguably the most rude individual I have ever encountered in the catering industry. He is rude on the phone and rude in the shop. He actually HUNG UP on us whilst placing an order because we asked if they still offered a duck dish that used to be available. We then called back to be greeted with "what do you want". How do you possibly think it's acceptable to get annoyed at paying customers for this type of thing when you don't even provide an online menu?!? And it is not just me, you have also hung up on many other people.

Your attitude is a real problem and the reason why so many people have stopped ordering from your takeaway.

PS: take a look at their food hygiene rating before ordering.

I always enjoy the food here more than the others,. But it's true about the menu, I added some photos of one I found behind the washing machine so prices might be out. Recommend the Nasi Goreng

The gentleman is not lovely but the food is wonderful… and they have good price!

Takeaway menus need updating. We went in to order and many of the set meals weren't available as were some of the other things such as half a duck resulting in higher charges ordering separately. Chinese food itself was nice but nothing wow. Suspect there are better Chinese takeaways around.

Food was given rave reviews by previous customers, so as a stranger to the town I headed there to grab a takeaway menu. Upon entering, I was told they didn't have any, even though there was one on a clip by the kitchen. I asked to borrow it to show my wife who was unable to leave the house and got a flat "No, it's mine and the last one". The food I eventually ordered was OK but the attitude spoilt the experience. A good place to go if you enjoy surly service!

Several meals here. Ranging from excellent to below par. The ordering process is laborious. (Dont answer phone/ Only take cash/ No menus online)
