Awful dip nail! After asking the lady to fix 5 out of 10 nails because she would file so much that you would see my nail natural color instead of the nail powder color…. $45 for just remove and do dip again… they did not tell me that manicure itself wasn’t included which for that price it should according to average price for it. The finish is not smooth and even on every nail. The sides of the nail poorly made, and they would blame on the color I picked instead of recognizing such a poor work. A man there asked me if I wanted to remove what they did after a whole hour like if my time wasn’t worth it! I had to go so I just paid and left…
My first impression wasn’t the best. I went in and the lady was on the waiting area couch with her bare feet up looking at me and asking me what I needed from her relaxed position like if she did not care a bit that a new client went inside the saloon… I should have left because I feel I threw my money away. I used to drive to Montgomery to get my nails done but since I live in Sugar Grove, I thought I would give a them a shot since they are more local. I was too upset yesterday to post the review.. I waiting one more day to see if I was a bit more content but I am a lot more furious after taking the pictures… I tipped $5 and I regret it. Awful awful for dip nails…
And the lady didn’t even take the time to make the length of each nail even. I also had to ask her to fix some of them since she over filed on side of the same nail and living them uneven… so frustrating. Of course, they did not recognize the bad job they did and they expected me to pay full price. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
I walked into L&L nails today, hesitant. I had just had a set of acrylics done elsewhere and they looked terrible. I talked with the man who sat me down. Showed him one picture. An hour later, I walked out with exactly what I wanted. No pain, very gentle. Super nice atmosphere and clientele. So pleased! I will definitely return.
he did amazing on tha acrylics themselves, but the very simple design was AWFUL. It was $70 dollars and it was trash. my regular place is worth the drive, i will not be coming back here.
I love this place!!! I've been going every month for the last year. It's my reward for quitting smoking!!! Newly remodeled, clean, and have had no problems with any of the employees. Prices are decent! All are friendly and welcoming!Would recommend to anyone!!! I even take business cards every visit and give to friends!!! Love it there!!!
Now it's been 2 years...my favorite nail artist is no longer working there...kinda bummed...but Ethan took care of me today...informed me of a few things to change...had solutions and ideas...my mind is at ease knowing that not just one in there is great at what they do...they all are!!! Go!!! You won't regret it!!!
Always receive a great pedicure. The staff are very nice, great variety of colors and new massage chairs. Cindy also gives a great brow wax. Very pleased with my gel pedi.
Chang was great. I have to have really short nails for work both hands and toes and he was so careful and gentle but made sure everything was done thoroughly. I will definitely be back to see him for my next mani pedi! Prices are also really competitive!
Lynh did a beautiful job! Both Brian and Lynh are wonderful and take good care for their customers.
They are nice here and do a good job. I always feel weird getting my nails done because my feet are ugly and I’m kind of shy but the one lady here is so nice that she makes me feel comfortable:)
