DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Me and my sisters went to this salon while we were on vacation on Tybee. I had SNS nails that needed to be filled in but the woman refused and removed the nails completely and redid the entire set (CHARGED ME 43$ FOR THE BLACK SET) My sister asked for 'squoval' nails, square shaped but with rounded edges (in the mint blue, 30$) and the woman doing her nails made her bleed and at one point she just got up and left her to go to another customer. I have been to a handful of nail salons but this has got to be the worst experience I have had in any of them. The woman who did my nails kept yelling at all three of us for no reason because they wouldn't give us any directions or instructions. She also would stop in the middle of doing my nails to check her phone, and left my hands covered in black dipping powder. The staff here is genuinely rude and did not care about how the product turned out. Seemingly the only concern they had was about how quickly they could get through us to get to another customer. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! THE REVIEWS AND PHOTOS LOOK GOOD BUT THEYRE FALSE!

I came to the salon last week to do pedicure. The service was amazing, and the staff who took care of me was very polite and friendly. Even though they were short staffed, everyone was very energetic and welcoming while interacting with customers. I also like the vibe of the salon in general. 10/10 would recommend going there. I would go there again when I visit savannah another time.

Me and my boyfriend go here for pedicures like twice a month and always get the best service!!! They greet us and always make us feel super welcomed. They know what services we want without even having to tell them. They’re all so sweet and really put their time and effort into their pedicures/manicures. They truly care about our experience and the best part is everything is really reasonably priced. Best you can get in town!

I went in for a gel polish and was given to Olivia. I was told from the start that it is her 3rd day. I thought she was kind, polite, and really wanted to do a great job. She did seem a little lost but that is to be expected when you're learning a new job. It wasn't the best polish job I've had, but as someone who has been doing nails and having my own done for a while I thought it went well. Make sure you dont let them move your manicurist on to the next customer before you are finished or else it may get rushed. Olivia girl, you're doing fine. Offer some of your opinions (some of us do like to hear them), and take your time ????
