Power nails ( good for 2 days.) I asked for money back. They fixed them. Boom ???? Next day one peel off!!
Overpriced & not worth it. They do not know how to shape the acrylic. I pointed out a lot of issues while being serviced and the lady did not understand. I left unhappy & searching for a new place to go to. What a waste of money.
So usually go here while I am at UT for school. Initially loved the staff and service and the selection of colors were great! It was a decent salon but I always felt like the polish chipped too quickly especially for gel. I went in today and service was kind of slow but nothing that kept me back. The man who did my manicure was very nice and did my nails nicely however when he was cleaning my cuticles he cut some of my skin too harshly and rough and it was bleeding! I didn’t complain or anything for I thought it would’ve been rude but it hurt and my fingers are a bit sore now. He even observed it but didn’t apologize or say or do anything to clean it up properly. Overall a decent place based on selection and price but I may not come back...
The best pedicure seat I’ve ever seated on.. Got all the features like a massage chair but better.. Love the relaxed and healthcare ft..

I just recently moved to the Channelside area and was looking for a new salon to call home. This shop will DEFINITELY NOT BE IT.
For my FIRST visit here I called first thing in the morning for a 2 pm appointment for a manicure with full and pedicure (making sure to inform her i’m new to the area and it’s been over 3 weeks since getting my nails done) I made sure ask if that time was okay told me yes. I’ve sat here for a OVER 2 HOURS and have only had a pedicure done.
Trust me when I say I will NEVER EVER RETURN here
Never have I paid $35 for a color change!!! I had 3 colors, no nail art! This is unreasonabale. I find it hard to believe that because you used 3 colors there should be an upcharge such as this. I have never paid extra for using different colors on nails. Art, I understand, but just polish? I was angry once before when they added $5 to my bill for trimming my nails. Another expense no one had ever charged me before. I reluctantly returned to be robbed again. Never again!
Excellent service! Stephanie did such a great job n made sure I got what I wanted. I wanted a pride nail n a Tampa bay lightning. Awesome!
Horrific experience and customer experience! I walked in to get a pedicure and the young lady looked at me and said have a seat. There was not one customer in the establishment so I asked how long would it be. She said I’m busy folding towels so it will be a while. I then walked out. Do better!
