Years, really sad that today will be my last day, first time ever that the girl with long black hair was not there gave the new girl there a chance left with one eyebrow lower and thiner and the other one thicker, and the shape makes me look like a mcDonalds sign ???? my eyebrows are thick and even, i asked for just a clean up, never had a problem but now i have a wedding to go to and cant figure out how to even out my eyebrows

The new person there missed a lot of areas and was very slow. It felt like she was threading one hair at a time which made it more painful. The other woman should of stayed to support as there was language barries with communication. Or assisted after I informed of the mutiple areas missed. I highly do not recommended this place.

I have done waxing and laser hair removal. Tonight was my first time threading and it was NOT as painful as expected. Now, each person's threshold will be different but I would say threading was the least painful out of all three types, at least for me. The lady was extremely nice and talked me through the entire process. I would recommend this place. She did a great job shaping my eyebrows and removing the hair on my upper lip. I will definitely be back.

I just went in this early afternoon - completely last minute, and had an enjoyable experience. My eyebrows look great. She was so kind, understood the look I was aiming for and accomplished it. She fit me in immediately and was done in 10 minutes, which I appreciated so much. I will definitely be going back in for eyebrow threading. Professional, great prices, fast and an overall enjoyable experience.

Nice staff but she hardly did anything to my eyebrows. Barely shaped and removed any hair the last couple of times i went. Maybe im crazy but i just didnt get that satisfied feeling after a fresh threaded eyebrow should be.

The lady who threaded my eyebrows did them extremely uneven and she messed up the bottom. one eye brow has the bottom missing and crooked, she was also very rude to my mom who came with me and was giving her unnecessary attitude with everything she said.

I have been going here for many years. I used to like the girl who worked on Sunday’s and only went on Sundays. But apparently she doesn’t work there anymore and was replaced by someone who is too rough. I took my son and husband once on a Sunday not knowing my girl had quit. We all had all kinds of crazy cuts and the arches of our brows were messed up. And we all have good brows!

I have been extremely busy all week and haven’t had time to go in. Unfortunately I forgot today was the only day the other lady doesn’t work. I was desperate enough to let her try. She hardly started and I knew I was in for something extremely painful. It’s like she’s pulling on my skin and not my hairs. So I just walked out.

I’ve had enough. I’ll take my business somewhere else. Especially since I’ve expressed my experience(S) with owner yet the outcome are the same.

I've been here a handful of times and wish it was better. Every time I go here it is very painful (I've been getting threaded for a decade, and have been to many different salons where it's nowhere near this bad). This last experience will be my last. I asked for a clean up and the lady took off nearly my entire brow. In addition, she so violently ripped my hairs out that I have bright red spots all around my brows.
