The food is amazing! Yeh the lady is abrupt and to the point but I'm not ordering a takeaway for a friendly chat.

The other reviews are a bit precious. If you understand that some people are just to the point and don't want to appease you then you'll be fine.

Only reason I don't give it 5 stars is they got my order wrong. I got black bean sauce not vegetables in black bean sauce. I can get over that.

The lady who takes the orders is an absolute nightmare. Made an order for COLLECTION 2hrs in advance. Was stood inside waiting for it for 35 minutes. Walked away. Rang her after and she screamed down the phone that the order was now ready - 3 hours after ordering. Absolute joke. Maybe hire more staff before taking orders that you can’t even do. Would offer 0 * but no option. Will never ever order there again, they haven’t a clue what they’re doing.

Nicest Chinese in Biddulph. Dropped off a bit when Danny left. But all very similar now when he had it. Beats all the others in the town. Chow mien is ????

I've always loved Hosi's food, having been a regular customer for two and a half years. Their prices are fair, and their meals are tasty, without being loaded with salt (unlike some other local takeaways).

They have a large menu to suit the family, and orders over £35 get a free large bottle of coke, which is nice for a binge night! All in all, can't fault them!

Rang order through at 18.05, and was told our order would be ready in 20mins .

Arrived at 18.30 to collect food to find it hadn't even been started, it was eventually ready at 19.03.

Not impressed at all.

If they had told me it was going to be an hour I could of gone elsewhere ????

The food is lovely but sadly tonight will be the last money I spend there due to how rude the lady is who takes the orders. There is no need for her rudness. Shame as I'm not the first person to complain.
