I've gotten an okay pedicure here previously, but have twice now been disappointed by my full set. I asked for black nails with a blue tip and the girl said that she didn't think it wouldn't look good so I just did all black and was satisfied, but today when I asked for a black nail with a blue tip, the man suggested silver would look better, and I said okay but I asked for almond shaped and he goes "coffin" and I said okay, I guess, but they didn't end up coffin, they're square and they're clumpy and gross. My mother and sister got a pedicure today and neither of them received the color they asked for either.
This place does a terrible job at manicure and pedicures. I paid way too much money and will never come back! I’m just hoping they needed the business they got from me, because even after telling them how unhappy I was, I still left with my nails looking worse than when I came in. Then, in the afternoon, my daughter’s gel nails peeled off like cheap stickers. They overcharged and under delivered.
A clearly posted sign before entering the salon advertised $35 for a full set of nails. There was no notice of up charges or additional cost of specific products i.e. gel polish. While the nail technician was friendly and proficient, the station was unclean and he failed to inform me that there would be an exorbitant additional charge for a simple gel color that was presented to me on the many rings of possible nail colors. Upon completion I was instructed to pay my bill at the front desk where I was informed that the total was $57!!! When asked to explain, the less than helpful and rude manager stated that the gel polish was an extra charge. When I complained that I had not been informed, she said they could remove the gel and replace it with regular polish. I told her the behavior was akin to theft and that she should call a cop. Eventually she honored my request and the mall security officer stated that he could not charge anyone and that I had the option of returning the gel polish!!??? I paid the bill and informed the manager that I would respond appropriately to this unethical business practice. Beware of the potential for financial abuse by unethical businesses. The principal of this issue certainly outweighs the financial loss but imagine just 10 customers a day times $15…really adds up right!?
Terrible service!!! I went for a pedicure today and was treated like “fast food”. There was no attention to detail, as they are only concerned with getting to the next customer. The polish looks like my 5 year old niece did my toes. The nail tech didn’t even let my feet soak! I sat as he was working on my feet and before I knew it he was getting ready to paint my nails. I had to stop him and point out that he didn’t even trim my cuticles…. $55 later my feet look worse than when I went in.
I don’t recommend this place because of a bad nail service I got. The man that did my nails seemed to be in a rush. He only put one coat of gel and my nails were put under the UV light only once. For that reason my nails are getting stuck on my hair strands! Will definitely not going back again.
4 daughters of mine went to have a girls day. They were all unhappy with the service. They were rude, all of my daughters were talked out of the colors they wanted, none of them wanted the drilling and they forced them and were unhygienic. One daughter wanted a pretty shaped nail and they gave her ugly black and green cat nails. There skin is now itchy and have bumps on them. I am going to have to pay to fix this problem. The mall is not the place to go. Find a nice salon and get REAL professionals. How these people are allowed to operate at the mall with this many complaints is beyond my understanding.
they did horrible i got charged $88 for acrylics!! and they did a horrible job too obviously they’re grown out but the color of my gems changed and now it’s this ugly orange
Save your money! You won’t get what you pay for. Worst pedicure of my life. Dirty facilities and the person doing my pedicure didn’t remove skin around toes and when she exfoliated my feet, she scrubbed not even 3 seconds, then rinsed the exfoliating sponge in the water my feet were in and threw it back in her plastic tote. Absolutely! Disgusting places and will never go back! $50.00 down the drain.
