They are definitely selling fake products. I bought Syntonic edge define at the price of $12.99 and not only is it an orange color when the original is clear, but the smell is off, and the product doesn’t feel the same, it’s extremely light and doesn’t have ANY hold. Shame on them! Shop here at your own risk!

Hollywood Beauty supply store needs to hire qualified persons that would handle their wig section to accommodate customers. Their current staff are not knowledgeable about African Americans hair and assisting them with selections and how to cut the lace on the lace front wigs. There should definitely be someone that knows what they're doing. That would increase their sales. I was very disappointed on the customer service. I would not recommend anyone to go there if they are looking for wigs.

Nice little beauty supply shop to stop in for those, "dang, I forgot to grab...." They don't have a huge selection of items, but I'm sure you'll find something similar to what you need.

Pros: Large selection of wigs and hair. They carry stylist preferred brands. Reasonable prices on make up.

Cons: limited selection of hair care products lines. The staff are reluctant to help you find products and use a lot of tape and sensors on everything.

There are more honest shoppers than thieves. It should not take a box cutter and 40 minutes to open one tube of lip gloss.

There is an asian man that works here, whom constantly argues with customers often. He even raised his voice at me. Their products are messy a lot of times as well. Wig sale is gone. The last wig I purchased literally fell apart within a day, and I paid $60 for it. Messy inside and overcharge for hair. Won't return there ever again.

Being a guy im very seldom in this place but whenever i am there i have absolutely no complaints. They're very helpful, nice and they always have what you're looking for and if the line gets long they don't hesitate to open a second or even a third register, they also open till 9pm and the prices aren't inflated either they still have pre-covid 2019 prices. Imma go 5 stars here
