Nails look amazing but they are so rough and careless with your nails. My cuticles are still sore this afternoon. The lady who did my nails, she was RUDE!!
Wait time very long, yhen they skipped me. Then i kept saying regular or normal pedicure 25.00and manicure 15.00.
I get done they only have 2 purples faded color and a bright. So i go regular with white line. After she did my toes (looks bad) shecuts me during the manicure. Thens says it will be 56.00. Whoa stop there dont polish hands. Then it was 46.00 for basic manicure no polish and basic pedicure with white line.
I was here long time ago and couldn't remember why i stopped. PRICE GOUGING!!!
Had a fill with Gel polish, fill looks great but the gel polish application (great colors) is less than desirable. He ("John ") was in a hurry and preoccupied with personal issues. I had polish change on my toes, she did great!
I would have given it 5 stars if communication was clear and if they actually cared about the customer satisfaction.
They are so Amazing and always do a wonderful job on my nails!
Long wait.. not overly thrilled with the customer service.... took three hours to get my 10 yo's nails.
Definitely seemed like we were being rushed out. Plus, I can seen my nails under the polish, so I'm not sure what's going on there. They separated my children from myself, and didn't listen to them when they tried to explain the colors they wanted. Done with this place.
